A police station in Amakohia covered their Police Sign Board in order to prevent protesters from noticing it is a police station. Amakohia is few kilometers away from Nworieubi in Imo State where a soldier and three indigenes died after security forces clashed with protesters. According to an Elitism6.com Reporter in the state, the Police Station in the Area was also burnt down as a result of the Fracas.
To avoid being noticed the Police Station in Amakohia had to cover their Police Sign post for Protesters not to notice it is a Police station.

However, Information from the area has it that Amakohia is peaceful with minimal commercial activities.

Imo based rapper and Singer Acharaman yesterday, staged a lone protest under the rain in Owerri over the bad state of Imo roads.

The artiste was seen standing under the rain with a placard for hours in what appears as a lone protest for Government to hasten up and fix the terrible state of roads in Imo.

ELITISM6 reporter in the state reached out to our platform saying Imo roads are so terrible that the state residents now resort to longer easy paths sometimes making transportation in the state a nightmare.

Bus and Taxi drivers also reached out to us saying they barely make gain as a good part of their money end up in car repairs after the day's work.

In the defense of the state Government, officials said the Government has already finalized plans as work will soon resume especially in the most affected areas.

The Turkish Super Lig club has announced the departure of the former Nigeria captain on Tuesday
John Obi Mikel and Trabzonspor have parted ways by mutual consent, the club has announced.
Mikel only joined Black Sea Storm as a free agent on a two-year deal last summer, at the end of his brief stint in the Championship with Middlesbrough.
The 32-year-old played a crucial role in helping Trabzonspor soar to the summit of the Super Lig this season with 19 league appearances.


While no reason was given for the mutual termination of the contract, the club announced the former Chelsea midfielder gave up his remaining wages.

“The professional football player agreement between our company and John Obi Mikel on 30.06.2019 start date 31.05.2021 has been mutually terminated. With a mutual termination agreement, the football player gave up all his forward-looking receivables,” the club announced.

Last Saturday, Mikel criticized Turkish football authorities for not suspending the Super Lig season despite the spread of the coronavirus across Europe .
The former Premier League star stated he does not feel comfortable during the Covid-19 outbreak and called for the season to be canceled.
