WhatsApp has announced that it will be adding support for stickers over the next few weeks in a new update to the app. The company’s team of designers will be creating their own stickers and releasing them for both iOS and Android users. Stickers help to bridge the gap between emoji and GIFs and have been available in other messaging apps – like Facebook Messenger – for a while now.
