please can anyone help me on how to resolve this cos i don't know how to reach their customer service

Please make you help me ooo. I have not be able to make payment on my gtb card to aliexpress. But, this same card is accepted on other site when I make payment with it. I have more than enough money on it and it is been verify by master card. Please help me out.
