dboY1123:I sympathize with you, we learn from experiences and grow from there/become better at what we do. I believe this experience was some dress rehearsal and stepping stone for better things ahead of you. It seems to me it's your first time teaching or going for an academic interview to be told to do a micro teaching and you faltered. Even if this opportunity doesn't work out, I believe you know it doesn't stop there and that you can use this experience to strengthen what's next... Drawing from what I said about faltering, my point is that I'm wondering how prepared you were for the interview invite. Did you not expect a micro teaching? Most of them tell you to select a topic you know well from the subject you applied to teach. Hardly will any academic interview give you something random during a micro teaching. You just have to be prepared and deepstudy a particular topic before the day arrives. Don't rely on improvising. Studying your subject randomly may help but focusing on a partiuclar matter/topic for the sake of your micro teaching would help. There on you'd be asked questions based on the topic you taught–and you need to be prepared. Saying this from experience, and I have a method to help you succeed in your next visit. |

I use a bank dollar card (GT) and decided to fund it today with only five dollars. I was having thoughts whether to apply for a virtual card (Tribapay) and use their own service or use the one I have which is currently cheaper for me and easily accessbile for what I want to use it for. After a while, I thought I should go for the GT dollar card transaction and fund with the $5 dollar amount to use on what I need it for. You cannot fund a nonvirtual card in Nigeria unless you take the paper currency to the bank which I thought of as the only constraint for anyone who doesn't have that with them. That's why a virtual card is the best as you don't have to face those struggles of going to the aboki blackmarket for exchange. When I thought I should make GT my option for just now, and go to meet those aboki dollar merchant, I was so unimpressed with the state and appearance of the note. I asked myself if it were something I could take to the bank. It was just a single note and I stared at it for long if it were even original. The dollar is a currency with value but the kind I saw was distasteful in appearance. If you've ever bought or exchanged these dollars, in what condition did you get them and how did you feel about buying them from the aboki merchants? And what do you think, should I get the note like that? Even if I do, I guess a virtual card will be my next better option. |
Ask him where his coursemates or colleagues are doing theirs especially the serious ones. From there he could get ideas and maybe freindly assistance with placement. |

Hello. What can you say about the GUI of software programs and web/mobile apps of graphic tools? The graphic user interface (GUI) of software programs of graphic tools like Adobe differs from mobile/web app tools like Canva and other tools like itself. You can tell this by their functionality, user interface and navigation. A lay man may definitely have the best experience using Canva over Adobe. This means, they may find Canva fun and easier to use over Adobe. To the lay man, Adobe seem to have quite a bit technical interface which, for the most part, a (trained) professional can navigate. If a lay man ever complains about how hard it is to navigate on the software, it is because it is being built for professional purposes. If you survey all products by Adobe, you may notice they are more advanced-looking and professional. But Adobe doesn't limit its software programs to professionals alone. Also, Adobe has done a good job in balancing between an easy-to-navigate graphic tool and a not-so-easy-navigate. This is to help its software appear user-friendly and moderately easy to use or even easy to learn to use by both professionals and the beginer. That said, there are tools even more technical to use. But we can agree that they are being built for professionals. Most of these tools are built based on the advacement of technology which most IT enthusiasts strive to keep up with especially to stay competitive in a competitive world of advancing technology . Conclusively, anyone can learn and love Adobe, and can go through skilled training to gain the ability to use such graphic software. On the other hand, Canva has made it easier for even computer beginners to create designs. I hope this was insightful to anyone wondering. Let me know what you think! |

Spagmoore:You're welcome.... You can. I have the Fiverr app on my phone. But you have to create a seller account using desktop (or if you have a laptop) on Fiverr. You may start signing up for a free account on Fiverr by downloading the app on your mobile device: https://www.fiverr.com/s2/76fa3339d3 Also, what (digital) skills do you have? Cc: @comfort91 |
Do you have a laptop? Try fiverr. It has my 4.5 star rating. More scam-free and flexible unlike its competitor, upwork |
This just look like some shady investment to me, only trying to take advantage of people. Obviously it doesn't give one the benefit of the doubt. Leading people to your website and asking them so pay the amount of N5000 and get back to so-and-so number with proof of payment when there isn't adequate eplanantion of what you aim to achieve with this so-called opportunity or any convincing or supporting evidence about this. It doesn't work that way. Explain what the package is all about. And where paying the 5k leads to. Else, it's a trap to defraud people consequently. |
Even the Police Academy in Nigeria requires knowledge in Mathematics |
