kel4soft:You don't link them to your GTBank app. It's different from what a naira card or account is. Rather you operate it using an ATM machine to check balance and withdraw funds. Go to your bank's customer service for advice and instructions. |

Initially, my thought was that it's extraordinary and irrational especially when it's a collateral. If you're talking about a bond agreement in which I know it as, then the employee has to pay a fine for breaking the agreement. In this case, it's common to involve an attorney. The reason for the bond is usually due to the company who takes the responsibility in financing the employee's professional training. Other than that, why would a company seek collateral from some individual simply applying for a job? The agreement may require that such a candidate of the agreement would be required to work for, for example, 48 months for the company after receiving the training financed or provided by the company but they still earn salary. If at any point the candidate or employee breaches the agreement, they are usually required to pay a fine or hefty price or even a collateral like you said which I know to be uncommon. Look at the number of rides I had to decline due traffic and long distance pickup. If u find yourself in situations like this I suggest you go offline and move away from some kilometers away that spot immediately. That’s the only way u can manage a good score ,no ride hailing company likes rejection and cancellation of rides.

Yeah, true and this very professional. Look at the deadline to be signed in the offer letter for instance. Albeit, this day in Nigeria or do I say these days, you just get employed without an offer letter be it a part-time or full-time role in that company or institution. This country does things anyhow both at the private and govermental level. I am praying this country better wakes up to move forward. |
