Don't factory reset your phone pls Ur network is either airtel right? All u need is call customer care for complain. Or use their online platform for correction. Don't do anything to ur fone it has nothing to do with ur fone pls |

akj26:Try this few steps Hold volume down and power button altogether for few secs say 30secs If no resonnse something is wrong Connect the fone to a pc if there is any form of connection without displaying something is wrong All d best. Samsung don't just die like that something happened 5 Likes |
