And it's because the people are lazy and seek easy money. If governors know that id they build bridges and churches instead of factories the people will protest and abuse them then trust me they will start building factories that creates employment instead of bridges and churches which add nothing to the development of the people.

It seems only Lagos state and.Anambra think of building things that creates employment
