I submitted my DS-160 form in the month of May and got interview date in July, now someone is telling me that they don't submit DS-160 form not on till 2weeks to my interview that after 30days on their data base system if my interview has not been done, I will be asked to reschedule another interview date. Please how true is this?

Just evaluate your PHD, that's all you need now to score the max point for your education, whatever happens to your masters validity is no longer relevant, events have now overtaken it since you have a higher degree now.

For your NOC, I will advise you just stick to the secondary school NOC (Secondary school teachers - 41220) This qualifies for the education draw which is your best bet right now, If possible remove the lecturing permanently from your history or put it as just volunteer work you did part time or part of some educational project. IRCC doesn't care about how savvy your CV is, they want secondary school teachers and don't need university lecturers, *it is not a job thing, it is immigration* so put your best foot forward. Your age puts you at disadvantage plus general draws have not been conducted in a long while, just category based draws, CEC and PNP.

Hello everyone, please I need your input with my concern stated below:

I evaluated my master's degree about three years ago and now am done with my PhD, should I also evaluate my PhD? If yes, will it also count with the date I did my first evaluation and expire same time after 5years?

Also, my first degree is in accounting, had to switch to education through PGDE program, had TRCN certificate and a teaching licence, master's and PhD in Education. Should I also evaluate all my certificates? Previously I was told is only the highest qualification.

Lastly, which NOC is best for someone who has being teaching accounting and marketing in government senior secondary schools for over 13years, and same time take up a lecturing job for undergraduate students going to 4yrs? Am 40yrs of age and was told the best route is PNP so as to enable me to acquire 600 points to boost up my points at the federal level, please how do I go about the PNP and which province should be the focus?

Please I need your advice on my visa interview preparation. I applied for a professional study in master's in "applied machine intelligence" with concentration in "AI for Finance". I work with a financial investment company as a financial/administrative manager, I also lecture part time students in my area of disciplinary in accounting. I already have master's and PhD in accounting and business education. Job experience is over 15years progressing from secondary school teacher to my present job in my field of specialization. My husband is going to be my sponsor, he works in an oil multinational company in Nigeria, privilege to travel round the world due to his type of job. I also have a scholarship of $25,000 from the university, though I have admissions into three other universities, but I choose this particular one because the area of concentration blind with my career. I have a stepdaughter schooling at Georgia Southern university in US.

My question now is:
(1). Should I declare to the visa officer that I hold a degree in PhD?
(2). Stating only my husband as the sponsor while I have been working for 15years, is that not a red flag?
(3). Saying I have a family member in US if ask, hope is not also a red flag? Because in 2018 I have once applied for a visiting visa to visit her but was denied, since then I have not gone to America embassy again, except for my husband and two of our children that went visiting.

Please I need your sincere input and advice to my visa application. My school resumption date is in August 2025.

Hello house, pls i need answer to my question cos am a bit confused. I received a mail over a week now that my visa application cannot be granted due to d fact that they are not sure if i will return back to my country and on d ground of my personal asset after submitting all my hubby company document and legal back up with his account statement reading 54M and my personal account statement including my appointment letter and work ID card. Until now i have not gotten a message for my passport and document pick up. I wrote to the embassy on Tuesday and got a reply this morning that my application is still in process, and anytime i track it on line still telling me in process.
Pls has anybody experience such in their application cos am getting confused here. Thinking after receiving such mail from them ur documents and passport should be ready for pick up.
Thus, is a paper submission.....

Is like this denial mail is a mass distribution from them or computer error�� when the tracking ID is still saying application still in process and no notice for collection of documents back which has never occur before. I just pray d mail send is an error��

OK but pple travel with their family on vacation without travel history and were given visa. But all d same will still give it a trier by following d online route before thinking of elsewhere for vacation .

Good morning house, pls what are my chances traveling with my three children of ages 8,6 and 3 respectively. Am a widow working with d govt under d ministry of Education also d CEO of my late husband's coy which I over see after his death. After payment of workers salary I still have average money of 5-10million in d account depends on d contract we execute for a particular month. Goodmorning house, pls a sister need help and I don't know a reliable answer to give her.
She is married as a second wife with three children planning to travel to US on tourist with the children, while the husband already have a US visa, he has being traveling but d record he has with d embassy is with d first wife with her nos of children, and now d husband agent is advising my friend not to include d husband name as married in other not to complicate issues with the record he already has at d US Embassy. My friend should claim widow and her children were legally adopted by her late hubby brother who happened to be her husband since he is going to be the primary sponsor of the journey. She will go to the embassy with d husband statement of account and his passport data page with all legal paper as a Legal guidance to she and the children.
Pls is this plan okay, if NO what other method can she use in order for her to have a successful interview wen applying for US visa. She has traveling experience already...Thanks
