Have you heard of Rent small small method in Lagos, that allows you to pay house rent Monthly or Quarterly instead of paying huge annually?

Do you think such can work in Ibadan? I think its a good idea at least breaking a year expense to monthly, I think it will help to plan my self for the month ahead.
