The annoyed lawyer goes back after

his mouth"

Lawyer (annoyed): "This is kerosene.
You gave this to me last time for
restoring my taste"

Igbo Man: "Congrats. You got your
memory back. Give me 20k"

The fuming lawyer pays him, and
then comes back a week later
determined to get back 100k.

Lawyer: "My eyesight has become
very weak"

Igbo Man: "Well, I don't have any
medicine for that, so take this 100k"

Lawyer (staring at the cash): "But
this is 20k, not 100k"

Igbo Man: "Congrats, your eyesight is
restored. Give me 20k"

2024 was a year of loss to many.
I staked my full Salary on Real Madrid to either win or draw Milan but they lost 1-3, I nearly committed suicide that month cos it wasn't easy.
People also borrowed money from me and I touched my savings and emergency and lent 30k, 20k and other amounts of money but till date they all refused to refund or pay back.
This year I have promised to be very hard on myself.
The emilokan drug baron's administration isn't helping matters either, money doesn't have value anymore due to the cost of living..
The only achievement I made last year was just feeding myself, nothing tangible or meaningful achievement last year despite all the hustles.
Recently , I went to the market with 50k to purchase some cheap clothes but the money could only acquire a palms, sandals, belt, two boxers and one trousers.
If you're supporting this administration it will never be well with you and your generations.

Was the Tinubu administration that asked to go into betting your salary? Can you hear yourself speak? A full grown man staking his full salary on match bet? You should quit the job and go into betting full time.

You can imagine you laying curse of people supporting the Tinubu administration just bcuz of your foolishness, most of us are not happy with the high cost of living but we’ve no choice than to support the administration to do better instead of laying curses

The tax bill is a needless distraction

A lot of ignoramus are forming woke with bills that they don't even understand because they think it only hurts the "parasitic" North.

Unfortunately for most of this woke but unintelligent southerners, VAT compliance is low in the north which accounts for why there's low VAT returns.

In other words, southerners will see a further shrink in their income with the increase in VAT by 20% to 12.5% from 7.5%.

Thus, when you buy something of N5000, instead of the present N375 VAT which makes the total cost N5,375, you will pay N625 VAT which makes the total cost of your purchase go up from N5,375 to N5,625.

If you paid via transfer, you will pay extra 5% VAT on the amount transferred and a another N50 for electronic levy recently introduced which will make your total cost N5,675 instead of the initial N5,000.

Now imagine having to pay N675 extra any time you spend N5,000. That's what the VAT aspect of the bill does to the average Nigerian.

Would you mind stating the portion of the reform bill that explains better on this VAT that you mentioned above?

This is sad, I wonder how these terrorists continue to launch such successful attacks against our soldiers….
