By law the must supply local refineries first before exporting. The game is deeper than you can think of.

I thought of this too but I hope it’s not what (we) am thinking tho…

I want to be positive about this that it’s base on a healthy competition between the refineries but you kno, considering the deep state of corruption in Nigeria, one cannot be blamed for thinking anything bcuz anything is possible within the thinker 😁
