Sir, why will 95% be Nigerians, who will teach the Nigerian employees?, who will transfer the technology from foreign country to Nigeria?, will Nigerians control the administrative arm fully? you can start talking about 95% in the future when the Nigerians employed gained a specialised understanding of the business and its strategies before the knowledge can be pass on to more Nigerians.
