I am writing this with so much pain in my heart as things getting worse in our dear Country called Nigeria. The rate of crime in Nigeria this day is getting worse on daily basis especially in some part of Lagos. For example, in Ketu Ijanikin some guys has turned it to their daily business to attack people and collect their valuables even beat them to a point of coma. I believe there are several reports on this issue with the police and nothing has been done about it. These hoodlums have become untouchable to the extend that people actually know them and they move freely in the community and live flamboyant life with their looted fund. Now, iam using this medium to call on police and other security agents to rise to their responsibility and save people from everyday harassment from these hoodlums.

Please I need help to recover my money from one SUNDAY SIKIRU at IGBOKO IGBESA OGUN State. I bought a plot of land through this man and pay him in the presence of his Father who happened to be BAALE of that Community. But to my surprise, when I set to develop the land some people came out to tell us that I have bought the land from the wrong person that they are the rightful owner of the land.
I called this man and told him everything he said it is a lie that I should not worry they will settle it. And if I called this guy he hardly pick my call except I use strange No and I called his father who is the Baale, he pretend as if he knows nothing about the land issue. It is now I realised that , both Baale and Sunday his son are partner in the business of dubbing people.

Please I need advice on what to do so that I can get my money back from this people.

I think buy from auction should be relatively cheap compare to buying it locally but for all the cars i have been checking on auction export, the price is as high as buying it locally. After buying the car you have to consider some other expenses like shipping and duty. Though when buying from Cutonou Benin Republic, you will pay duty as well. But Buying f4om Auction export should be far better than buying locally.

On getting there, they gave us written test before they started their rubbish at last they asked us to pay 10k for licence. But to my surprise, some people who cannot distinguished between their left and their right hand paid the money. This is rubbish.
