If FBNH had paid #2+ dividend with this q1 eps of #5+...the stock could have been on serious bid..

Just to play the devil's advocate: what if they were compelled by CBN to reduce dividend payout, judging by the delay in releasing their results?

PS: I only have 1 unit of FBNH at the moment for e-dividend and monitoring purposes. Not any form of recommendation.

Transcorp plc is not a dead company. The reconstruction is the best thing to happen to Transcorp. I said it before they decided to do it.As long as Transcorp has that large controlling interest in the power it will not affect it.The companies you think reconstruction affected already had FA issues .After reconstruction Tony will move Transcorp plc like the hotel to the same range.They both will be having almost the same OS.As long as the FA of transcorp Power improves it will drag Transcorp plc along. Power is the next oil money like gas
Thr will always be pull back at different times for stocks. Transcorp plc at the long run will always end up north unless Power is completely removed from its portfolio

remember after the reconstruction very few units of Transcorp will be available for trading....TONY and family has 43.83% and only about 5.7b units will be available out of which 20%-30% will not be selling. Just my opinion oooo

So after reconstruction...TRANSCORP will have about 5,707,994,037 free float (TONY and family already has 43.83% of shares to be listed)

If you can estimate its value today, you can equally estimate its value post reconstruction.

Post reconstruction roughly pegs transcorp around circa #50 per share. One way to attract investors: make the stock scarce. I expect breaking news back2back from Transcorp regarding other subsidiaries else SP will suffer normal. But with Tony's current hold, enough to control price and keep it up. Let every man define value for themselves.
