Hmmm, i didn't experience that at all. Or maybe i didn't notice cos i took it for two cycles and got my bfp on the second cycle.

I took mine after ovulation till i got my bfp. I think i took 50mg daily.

good evening fruitful mamas pls my lower abdomen is seriously paining even my waist pls could it be infection am around my ovulation period & also can I take raw garlic daily won't it affect conception? thanks in advance

If the infection is still recurring after treatments, take garlic supplement or take the raw one daily if you can stand the smell.

I will advice you do a cervical swab, its not normal to have whitish discharge.

U and DH should get tested again, if it's confirmed that there's is no infection then maybe it's just ur normal discharge.

Thanks but we have tested and treated several times he often gets a negative while mine continues to be positive with different names like initially it was staph later it was something else the last time was candida which I treated together with hubby and spent not less than 60 k but the discharge is still there. I don't want to run anymore tests as its milking us dry financially

Please who else experiences sore breast while taking 5mg folic acid. I read online dt one should not take more than 400-800mcg or day. Just want to know if I am the only one experiencing this
