Good evening ladies and gentlemen , I will be dropping a lengthy messages pls I need help , I have been battling with serious premature ejaculation for over 4 years now and I also noticed I was low sperm count parameters , when I did my last Sfa. I did Anotjer test which showed I was having hormonal imbalance issue , I’m 27 now and I plan to get married next year but with this premature ejaculation / erectile dysfunction issues I’m hopeless right now . By now, your fiance should have been awared about your low sperm count and quick ejaculation. If not, you need to inform her, because it's really a difficulty situation to find oneself. If she leaves, she will not stay when you get married without informing her. It's a long journey with great deal of patience and commitment. The cause of your problem is hormonal imbalance. Elevated LH and FSH with low testosterone are not a good combination. Once you increase your low testosterone, your quick ejaculation will be permanently solved. Your testicles are not working fine that's why you have elevated LH and FSH. How is your stress level? Do you workout? You need to start working out and manage your stress, if you're stressed. What kind of job do you do? I will advice to visit urology and start saving for IVF once you get married.

Urologist at UCH. I had another consultant last week Monday. He told me to continue the drug for the next 2 months.

Viscosity and motility are still low, keep taking the medication.

I believe the medication caused abnormal viscosity which in turn affected motility.

I have update: count increased from 4million to 48million after 3 months of taking Manix!

I finally go for hormonal profile. High LH with 320 testosterone. This appeared to be the cause of my low sperm count, low motility. My last sfa result says 5million with 15% motility.

Any solution? Hope my testicles have not damaged?

Yes is treatable but most times it takes time.
if finance is not a problem please work towards doing ivf.
Talking from experience my hubby active motility was 20 % with every other parameters good when we got married, we tried different drugs to boost it instead the count and morphology increased leaving the motility. I don't want to bore you with long story, God is helping us.
If you don't have the finance, you can save towards that, while taking your prescribed drugs, a miracle can still happen.

After my last test, we went to fertility clinic today. But to my surprise, my morphology went than to 100% abnormal from 70% normal and 30% abnormal. Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia was stated. Is it treatable? I can't have a child without ivf?

You have a low sperm count ( less than a million) with zero active motile sperm, go and see an urologist in any teaching hospital to rule out varicocele, infection or hormonal Imbalance resulting to high prolactin and low testosterone.. please hurry now as low motility is difficult to treat and ensure you quit drinking and smoking if you do, when indoors free your scrotum to allow air in there.
