The test result is not very Ok, considering the active motility reported from their analysis - 10% active motility. Even if the sperm count is ok as is the case here, 25million/ml, without adequate active motility, preggy can't be achieved as it were.

Good enough, there's no infection from the culture report. So work can start already on the other insufficient parameters reported.

However note that the semen analysis report is not complete either by professional omission or clerical error as the other motility parameters were all incorrectly reported as 'Nil'.
After ascribing 10% to active motility, the other 90%
of the sample wasn't accounted for in the report.

I'll suggest he repeats the test. First, call the attention of the lab to the omission and request they repeat the analysis. Then take a second test elsewhere to have a good comparative analysis before your darling husband's boosting therapy.

Note that if he has ever achieved preggy in his life before with his exes or you, then his case is a minor one as his spermatozoa is very significant in count!

Well he said we will work on the infections (staph and high pus cells) and then do another test. His argument is that the high pus cells signifies infection and could be the reason for the low motility and high dead cells.

I did surgery for varicocele and was placed on addyzoa but I added maca tabs and ate cashew nuts regularly. The surgery was done august ending. My wife is about 5 months pregnant now. Have you been taking any boosting supplements before now ?

I gave the previous result to the doc attending to us. But Viscosity was normal and now it's very thick, also count was 22m. The pathologist said I should take coflin that it works.

My worry is the 85% jump, that was too much.

Overall your results seems not too bad.
Count is within the WHO range (15m to 200m) but I would advice you improve on it using recommended supplements.
Morphology is okay
Progressive Motility is below WHO standard of 32%, you can also improve on this parameter.

Treat your staph first though as it might keep affecting other parameters as time goes on.
