Guys please what can I do about this, I made a request and ask a driver to help drop a certificate from Ogba to shoprite sangotedo, he picked the certificate since 1pm and since then he hasn't been taking calls but has been going to different places running on my card, he was in surulere and now back to ikeja, my trip is still running, David if you're on nairaland and you're seeing this, kindly return the certificate , I have called taxify and they said they can only block his account but won't take further action because riders have been adviced not to send anything thru drivers as bolt is not a delivery company.
