The n build beneficiaries unfortunately didn't join the 2016 set but scheduled to join the 2017 set. The process of recruitment is similar to the 2017 set. The only difference is that at the point of filling the 2017 form, you included ur bvn to match ur account details. Some of us who participated in the corrections of some of the mistakes or challenges faced by 2016 set wouldn't be happy such repeat itself in the current phase. Another difference is that while 200k was selected out of 800k now 300k is to be selected out of 2.5million. The good news is that the beginning of anything is always difficult. Because of the foundation some of us ve layed at our various lga and ppa, the 2017 set will have an easy ride. Another major difference this time is that preference was given to those in the rural areas as against those in the urban areas. As I write this lagos state still ve issues posting some of the 2016 n agro beneficiaries. Lagos is not an agrarian state and the only place the have agric settlement in at ape, badagry some part of ojo. If all those areas are filled up were will the rest go.? A right thinking organisation will strategise to ensure beneficiaries work to earn. I am deeply involved in npower. I am talking from experience. Why toy with applicants time by conducting TEST first place without uploading of documents. They set the test questions and knew off hand many applicants will excel. Forehand they knew they will perform a Random Selection at the end with such a huge population in such a senerio Federal Government can increase such 300,000 slots to a Million plus FG knows the population of graduates passing out yearly for an unemployed to be a beneficiary of the scheme..

Federal Government can handle and provide the resources to cater for the program. We hear daily in news how much is being spent on budgets annually, different sectors of the economy name it..

Priority must be given to the youths and unemployed graduates in terms of permanent job creation... we are not future but Today's Leaders..
