95seun: Bro since you’re already on Fish Oil, cut out the Wellman, Vitamin C and Reload For Men and get a good vitamin B complex. The easy explanation is they contain nutrients you need in barely there doses and a host of unnecessary fillers. Also get a good quality Fish Oil, it’s going to contain Vitamin C and D ... make sure you get at least 5000mg Omega 3 a day and 10000 iu Vitamin D a day.
Since you’re taking Zinc, you should add magnesium to regulate your body’s zinc and you’re also taking too much .. you should take between 25mg to 50mg a day. You’ll feel nauseous if you’re taking too much.
As a guy Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin D work synergistically and should boost your natural testosterone levels making you feel very good.
Supplement your caffeine with L theanine, it makes the caffeine stimulant effect smoother with less jitters, L Theanine makes you calm, focused, zen ...
Since you’re on Creatine, you might aswell workout to get the Creatine gains, it essentially just makes your muscle absorb more water and if you’re carrying that water weight while being sedentary, you’ll feel weaker compared to your normal baseline. Excellent analysis. Thanks for taking your time. The L Theanine you just mentioned, is it sold separately? What brand do you suggest? I want to get it tomorrow if possible. |

Masturbator2020: I understand bro..Bro spend some money to get some food supplements like deal sea oil..eat more fruits and vegetables bro. They will help you both now and in the future..Pls stop that coffee. Let's think ahead bro. Thanks for the advice brother, my present supplement stack include: I. Wellman 2. Vitamin C 1000mg 3. Zinc 1000mg 4. Fish oil for Omega 3 5. Reload for men (3x a week) 6. Creatine Monohydrate (to retain musculoskeletal mass i.e to prevent muscle wastage from long bouts of seating) etc. Despite all these, I still feel very weak and tired, I hardly sleep well, the only thing that keeps me going is coffee, coffee itself has lost its potency in my system, I have to drink 6-9 cups per 8hrs of coding. It is not easy. |

https://www.nairaland.com/6519071/remote-work-experiences-remote-worker
How do you guys stay on a particular project/work for at least 5 hours with maximum productivity without getting tired easily? I noticed must of you work long hours like you're computers. Do you guys take caffeine or any stimulate to keep you charged to work a long time? I'm been trying to learn some skills with my phone and I gas out easily. I'm not happy about this as I've given myself a timeline to master certain things but it's not pulling through. How do I work long hours and become effective at the same time? My little secret

Collinsanele: Bro, what are you saying. Most times you would need to learn some other technologies not only one language. There are more php jobs in Nigeria sha, however, some guys are balling with django either as a freelancer or working abroad. Python also excels in data science, automation and scripting. My dear brother, I didn't say that python is bad, I myself started with python before going into JavaScript, the job availability is night and day. Python confuses people, it does everything which is also a problem itself. In web development, JavaScript is God. Who employs Data scientists or machine learning experts in Nigeria? |

Python is still a hot cake last time I checked.
In as much as it fading out, it will still ball.
Like they said sometimes that GSM will fade out and it's still ballin even with the arrival of 5G. Infrastructural languages don't fade out like that.
And moreover, it will transit many to other languages. Mention one person you know personally that got a python related job in the past 6 months. |

They should have gone with JavaScript or PHP. If you aren't sound in mathematics and statistics and wanna venture into machine learning or data science, it would be severe pains for you.
If you wanna learn python for Web development say Django or Flask, sorry for you cos these are dying technologies (I was a professional Flask developer before I moved on).
I hope they taught them algorithms and how to solve problems in programming too. You don't just learn the syntax of a programming language and start disturbing others that you are now a programmer. |

When I call pastors and imams criminals and fraudsters, people say all sorts of trash.
How can a so-called man of God collect cash from a questionable character?
This clearly shows that these men are solely after wealth and money not the so-called fraudulent salvation.
Christians and moslems should better hope and pray that hellfire doesn't exist cos they would be the biggest casualties.
Up atheism!!!
