Please don't near Anambra and it's environs. Don't extend your environmental pollution and vegetation destruction to oil rich Anambra . Oil production should be stopped in Nigeria for it to grow. Haters of the Israelites (Igbos) have been severely pained and disturbed about Anambra being an oil rich state. Meanwhile....

Cryptocurrency is another form of MMM. It's value is strongly tied to what people are willing to pay for it unlike paper currency that's tied to import and exports (trade). Although the bitcoin uses a strong algorithm, it is prone to hacks and we've heard of several cases of hacks and theft despite using the blockchain system (Hashes, Nodes, Decentralization etc.). I genuinely pity countries that would heavily invest in an invisible intangible currency, when it crashes, that is the end of the road for them. Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Zugacoin, Fulanicoin etc. don't have any value, if the world decides today that a Bitcoin would sell for $1, that's what it would be, although same can't be said about the US Dollar, the Euro etc cos these currencies are backed up with valuable tangible assets.

Crime › Re: A Six-year-old Girl Raped To Death In Kaduna (photos) by ProfAmaben(m): 9:05am On May 19, 2021 |
[s] saphiere: Dear men, may I know what joy you derived from sleeping with minors?
This is what I always tell every mother that comes my way. Never leave your girl child in the custody of any man be it her father Most rape culprits are the people so close to us.
If the meaning of rape is having sexual intercourse against a person's wish, then all Nigerian men are rapists. Permit me to say so. Why will a guy call his girlfriend to visit him only to force himself one her?
Most people think rape is when a stranger beats a person tear her clothe then force himself on her. The refused to understand that having sex with someone against the person will is rape. And that most rape culprits are the people close to us. (Boyfriends and Husbands rape their lovers countless times)
Whether a person is being sweet-talked into opening her legs, is being used force on, or used gifts as bait to get her have sex, it is rape as long as the person's initial intention wasn't to have sex.
People twisted the job seeker's case and said she agreed to the sex but on a condition he uses condom. Therefore it isn't a rape case. So I asked them, what was job seeker's initial plan of visiting Mr. Frank? Was it for sex? No. So it is rape. It was done against her will.
So my sister, these men are rapists. Imagine going to visit your boyfriend and he demands sex from you. When you refused maybe you are not in the mood, he will say things like "you are seeing another man" "you don't like him" "he has done a lot for you" bla bla bla. And once you finally give in to his demands, my sister that is rape. Whether he forced you, sweet-talked you, blackmail you, or use whatever means to sleep with you that day, as far as your original plan wasn't to have sex with him, then that is rape.
I thought I'm the only one. Whether she is 100 years old, rape is rape. Speak against it. [/s] Never leave your male children with any woman even their mothers. You are a compound fool, I mean a big fool without bearing. A confused fool.

Career › Re: Should I Sacrifice My Laboratory Technician Career For Programming ? by ProfAmaben(m): 6:33am On May 19, 2021 |
bercarray: Hello nairalanders, I'm working currently as a laboratory technician, but my parents wants me to further more for medical laboratory science course in university.
Seeing the way technology is moving, I've decided to go into IT, which is the reason i want to use the money I'm supposed to use to study MLS to go into programming, instead of using 5yrs studying MLS, that's even if ASUU did not extend it to 6 or 7years, i want to dedicate this 5-6yrs of my life into programming( web development and other parts of programming maybe application software development also).
I've also decided to go to teach myself first online, and later go to IT school for certificate and meeting with other IT gurus sake so as to gain from them.
So is programming worth sacrificing this career for? Please advise. Don't try it at all. Programming only favors the exceptionally good ones, to be exceptionally good takes loads of hard-work and sacrifice. Not everyone can put in the time and patience. Get a degree first, then code alongside. |

[s] nwekeugochukwu: During the ongoing protest by workers in Kaduna State, some nurses have allegedly disconnected the oxygen supply of a two-day old baby in an incubator and discharged the child, IgbereTV reports.
Since Monday, activities in the state were grounded due to the 5-day warning strike by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) over the mass sack of civil servants in the state by Governor Nasir Elrufai.
Maryam Abubakar, Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Governor, who disclosed this on Tuesday, May 18, said names of the three nurses involved have been forward to State Ministry of Justice.

Reforms".
(C): Johnson Andrew
This is the Analyzed data based on population figures of each state.
From the wall of Akin Omoz-Oarhe:
THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF PUBLIC SERVICE REFORMS, RELEASED STATISTICS OF EMPLOYMENTS INTO OUR PUBLIC SERVICE.
THE RAW FIGURES PER STATE ARE ALL OVER FACEBOOK.
THIS GOT MY ORIENTAL BROTHERS TALKING AGAIN.
KNOWING THAT NOT SO MANY LIKE FIGURES, I HAVE TRIED TO TIDY THEM UP FOR EASE OF UNDERSTANDING.
(A). EMPLOYMENT INTO THE PUBLIC SERVICE.
NE with a population of 19.0m has 7,793
NW with a population of 35.8m has 8,806
SE with a population of 16.4m has 16,540
NC with a population of 20.3m has 17,661
SS with a population of 21.0m has 18,038
SW with a population of 27.6m has 19,620
To appreciate this figures, it is necessary to find out how many employees are taken from every 1 million people in each of the geographical zones.
The result is:
1st. SE has 1,009 Employees per million
2nd. NC has 970 Employees per million
3rd. SS has 859 Employees per million
4th SW has 711 Employees per million
5th NE has 410 Employees per million
6th NW has 246 Employees per million
Here we can see that South Eastern Zone has over 1000 people engaged in the public service of Nigeria in every 1 million Igbo people, whereas only 246 people are engaged in North West !
Remember that this is the Zone of the President of Nigeria.
Curiously South West, the Zone of the Vice President is the least in Southern Nigeria with the employment of 711 people in a million.
It is pertinent to see the trend as regards Political Office holders.
Probably, those that lost out in the Public Service, are compensated with Political offices.
Let's perform sample surgical operation on the political employees.
(B). POLITICAL APPOINTEES
We all have the statistics of political appointees of the current Buhari administration.
NW has 51 political appointees from 7 states
NC has 47 political appointees from 6 states
NE has 45 political appointees from 6 states
SW has 45 political appointees from 6 states
SS has 45 political appointees from 6 States
SE has 41 political appointees from 5 states
These translate to:
1st. SE: 2.50 appointees in a million.
2nd. NE: 2.37 appointees in a million.
3rd. NC: 2.34 appointees in a million.
4th. SS: 2.14 appointees in a million.
5th. SW:1.63 appointees in a million.
6th. NW:1.42 appointees in a million.
Alternatively:
1st. SE: has 1 appointee in every 400,000
2nd. NE: has 1 appointee in every 422,000
3rd. NC: has 1 appointee in every 427,000
4th. SS: has 1 appointee in every 467,000
5th. SW: has 1 appointee in every 614,000
6th. NW: has 1 appointee in every 704,000
Once again topping the list of Beneficiary is South East with one political appointee for every 400,000 people.
As if it is an intentional act, NW, from whence the President hails has the least of 1 political appointees for every 704, 000 people while the figure for Osinbajo's Zone is 614,000 and is the least in the South.
THERE IS NO "MARGINALIZATION" AS BEING PEDDLED BY THE IGBOS THAT ARE, IN FACT THE BIGGEST BENEFICIARY IN NIGERIA.
THE REGIONS SHOULD PUT THEIR ACTS TOGETHER.
FIGURES DON'T LIE. [/s] Bloody liar. Where did you get these fictional and fictitious data from? Yorubas are really something. |
