Hello guys, today I will be educating us about what we need to make a happy home from a lady's perspective. And am going to be presenting the topic "SECRET OF A HAPPY HOME FOR WOMEN" The secrets of a Happy Home for Women appears to be a collection of advice aimed at promoting harmonious relationships and marital bliss from a traditional and conservative perspective. I will be listing some here but more is on my page. Here's a breakdown of each point: 1. No man is perfect - Acceptance and understanding that men have flaws and weaknesses. 2. Men are like children. So be like his mother - Nurturing and caring for your partner like a mother would. 3. Hear quickly; talk slowly - Listen actively and respond thoughtfully to avoid conflicts. 4. Never compete with a man - Avoid rivalries and comparisons, focusing on mutual support instead. 5. Never try to be equal with him - Embrace complementary roles and avoid struggles for dominance. 6. Be fast to apologize when you know you are wrong - Take responsibility and apologize promptly to resolve conflicts. 7. Don't be too jealous with him - Trust and security are essential; excessive jealousy can harm relationships. 8. (No specific point mentioned) 9. Always be honest as a wife - Truthfulness and transparency are vital in a marriage. 10. Never leave your house for a long distance without his permission - Respect and communicate travel plans. 11. Know and prepare his favorite foods - Show love and care through small gestures. 12. Don't let your husband get in the house with a parcel in his hand - Show appreciation and help with carrying burdens. 13. Try to make a budget together - Collaborate on financial decisions. 14. Be his adviser, not a criticizer - Offer supportive guidance rather than criticism. Remember, these points reflect a traditional and conservative viewpoint, and not all relationships or individuals may align with these perspectives. Healthy relationships prioritize mutual respect, trust, communication, and equality. Am Profesawfred the one who posted the news. Am a writer and a political analyst. Let me give my analysis 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Politically, this move by Governor Zulum can be analyzed in five perspectives as follows: 1. *Strategic Political Move*: Zulum's initiative to resettle IDPs and provide financial support can be seen as a calculated move to boost his political image and garner support from the affected communities. 2. *Federal Government Alignment*: By acknowledging and commending President Tinubu, the Vice President, and NEMA, Zulum is demonstrating his loyalty and alignment with the federal government, potentially strengthening his political ties. THE Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, insisted yesterday that the only thing that would stop the planned nationwide strike over the hardship in the country was the federal government’s honouring of the agreement it had with labour. This was contained in the latest letter written to the government, where in the NLC dismissed claims by the federal government that it had fulfilled 80 per cent of the October 2, 2023, agreement with organised labour. NLC in the letter dated February 29, 2024, asked the government to come out clean on any part of the agreement it fully fulfilled, warning that resorting to propaganda and disinformation was heightening restiveness among the citizens. In the letter addressed to the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, NLC’s Acting General Secretary, Ismail Bello, advised the government to, between now and March 13, 2024, deadline, fast-track the process of implementation of the agreement and avoid a looming industrial crisis. The letter, titled “Has the government truly implemented the October 2, 2023, agreement,” reads: “We write to bring to your attention our concerns regarding the implementation of the October 2, 2023 agreement. “Your statement suggesting that the government has fulfilled 80 per cent of the said agreement has raised a lot of worries among our members. ”As key stakeholders to that agreement, we feel compelled to address this issue as it may mislead the public and undermine the trust that ought to exist between the government and the Nigerian people especially that which ought to exist between us as social partners. “Upon careful examination of the 15 points outlined in the October 2, 2023, agreement, it is evident that most of them have not been fully met. “Furthermore, the few that were supposedly being addressed have been implemented in breach. Allow us to highlight these examples and we would be happy to be contradicted in any of them. “The first item on the agreement is the N35,000 wage award. We hope that you still remember that by the end of January this year, the federal government had only paid just one month of the four months due to workers. It took pressures from us before some additional months were paid this month. ”However, it still remains in arrears and has caused undue financial strain on affected workers nationwide. The Port Harcourt Refinery has yet to resume production, despite assurances to the contrary. ”As we write, despite the firm pledge that products will start flowing out of that refinery latest December 2023, nothing has happened. If a litre or a truck load of product has left the refinery to the pumps, Nigerians would be glad to know. “The promised N25,000 cash transfers to 15 million poor households have not materialized. Rather, all manner of sad tales verging on deep corruption and other mal-feasance have emerged from its management, substantiating our earlier fears on the nature of the social register. “Tax waivers for workers, small businesses and general public, which was supposed to reduce hardship on the populace have not been implemented, further burdening them financially.” https://www.vanguardngr.com/2024/03/only-implementation-of-agreementll-stop-nationwide-strike-nlc-insists/

Sisi died after a brief illness at the Ladoke Akintola University Teaching Hospital in Ogbomoso. A controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, caused quite a stir as he performed at the Celestial Church of Christ, Goshen Land Cathedral, in Ogudu, Lagos State, on Friday, December 16, 2023. Some weeks before, criticisms had trailed the church after the flyer of their praise night with Portable, and a veteran fuji singer, Wasiu Odetola, aka Pasuma, billed to perform surfaced on the Internet. Though the church leaders later stated that the artiste would no longer perform, Portable insisted that he would perform, especially as he had been paid a part of his fees. Staying true to his words, Portable attended the event and dressed in a sutana (the church’s white garment), as he delivered a thrilling performance to members of the church and other guests in attendance. As he continued performing to the delight of attendees, they screamed in excitement, and some people actually sprayed money on the singer. In the course of delivering his set, the self-proclaimed idamu adugbo (nuisance of the community) suddenly stopped and said, “Hold on, should a superstar be collecting pieces of money? Give me bundle; they are ripping me in Cele. They are packing my money.” True to his words, the Zazu crooner delivered an energetic performance at the church’s praise night yesterday. During his time on stage, Pasuma dished out different gospel songs in his usual Fuji style. As he sang, many members of the audience were evidently captivated, as many of them sang along with him. The Department of State Services has freed the embattled ex-Economic and Financial Crimes Commission boss, Abdulrasheed Bawa, after exactly 134 days spent in the custody of the secret police. The PUNCH can confirm that Bawa was released from the national headquarters of the secret police, ‘Yellow House,’ in Abuja, on Wednesday night. Bawa was arrested and detained by the DSS on June 14, 2023, following an invite over undisclosed reasons, after he visited President Bola Tinubu earlier on the same day. Our correspondent gathered that following Bawa’s arrest on June 14, 2023, he was being probed for alleged financial impropriety during his active years in the anti-graft agency. Sources privy to the development also revealed that the embattled ex-EFCC boss refused to hire a legal representative despite his confinement. When contacted late Wednesday night, the spokesperson for the DSS, and that of the EFCC, Dr Peter Afunanya and Dele Oyewale didn’t respond to enquiries by our correspondent on Bawa’s release. The PUNCH had reported how Bawa was probed by the new EFCC Chief, Ola Olukoyede, in 2019, over alleged sales of seized assets worth over N4.8 billion. https://punchng.com/breaking-dss-frees-ex-efcc-boss-bawa-after-134-days/

Former UFC middleweight champion Alex Pereira has predicted that Sean Strickland can beat Israel Adesanya when the two fight in Sydney on September 10th. Adesanya reclaimed the middleweight belt by finishing Pereira in their rematch earlier this year at UFC 287 on April 9. Before hoisting the middleweight title, Pereira earned the title shot by knocking out Strickland at UFC 276. The win propelled him to a comeback win over Adesanya at UFC 281. Pereira is now a light heavyweight and doesn’t foresee a return to middleweight anytime soon. Despite this, he’s keeping a close eye on how Adesanya’s bout against Strickland plays out. Pereira then hinted that a UFC light heavyweight title shot is next for him. “I’m for sure going to fight for the belt, that’s already set with the UFC with the last fight, and that’s it,” he said. The UFC light heavyweight title is expected to be vacated by Jamahal Hill after suffering an Achilles injury earlier this year. Pereira could potentially face Jiří Procházka next for the UFC belt, although nothing has been announced by the promotion. Strickland got the title shot after Dricus du Plessis said he couldn’t make the quick turnaround for a matchup with Adesanya. Strickland defeated Abus Magomedov in his most recent fight in July. As for Pereira, he’s inching closer to a return at light heavyweight and will look to continue a successful run at 205lbs. source; :https://punchng.com/strickland-can-beat-adesanya-pereira/
