Office of the National Security Adviser cannot be scrapped. It's enshrined in the constitution.

As unpredictable as he is, Tinubu might later merge the Security Adviser and NSA offices into one, making Ribadu its head.

ISMAILA GWARZO is the NSA to ABACHA. He is a Police Officer. Ribadu can be manage the Security Architecture very well.

Oyigbo,

He told you Mr Bismarck Rewane has been consistent with his analysis of the Nigerian economy, you are asking if he attended Primary and Secondary School. What is the meaning of that? Are we talking about Alaba or Onitsha market or clearing & forwarding business or importers business?

Sir Henry Boyo (rip) and Mr Bismarck Rewane have been consistent with their analysis of the Nigerian economy. If his analysis is too technical for you just keep quiet.

I cant relate to your point sir. Kindly look elsewhere

It is too incomprehensible to you. You need more knowledge.

The minorities in the North and in the South have voices that must be heard. Oil accounts for 95% or more of our revenue. We are currently producing below expected output. You cannot use force to take control of their output without their input. That is the essence of Southern Presidency.

Isaac Adaka Boro, Ken Saro Wiwa and others in Niger Delta did not die in vain. Consultations must be made with them.

The mindset of an average Nigerian shows you why blacks are not ripe for democracy. Government of padi padi is part of why we are where we are today as a country

After election, I met IBO people who expected the militants to blow up oil pipelines in Niger Delta in support of Peter OBI cause. Up till the midnight of May 28 they still expected the pipelines to be blown up and everywhere in disarray. They were disappointed that Asari Dokubo was in Abuja. Tompolo (Sir Government Emuokpolo) put a front page congratulatory message on Newspaper to felicitate with Tinubu.

Feeling disappointed, they pitched their tent with Yari against Akpabio, now they lost out.

They are tired of nairaland but refused to leave.

When the refined products start flowing dunce like you will not come back to apologize for your foolish post

If the refinery starts to produce end of July or early August, I will definitely apologized. I have been an ardent supporter if not the greatest supporter of Dangote on all fronts, but since 2017, the delivery date has been shifted every year.

Few minutes ago, I got a revelation (divinely or prophetically) that the refinery is far from being completed. What the spirit says, rather than condemning Dangote, we should sympathize with him and support him and encourage him in every way to complete the refinery. Tinubu will do that. The percentage of work that spirit gave me, I don't want to reveal it.

This is more like 419 if the Refinery fails to push refined products to markets by the end of July or early August as announced by GMD of NNPC.

This is the greatest 419 ever committed against humanity if the refinery fails to push refined products to markets by the end of July or early August as announced by GMD of NNPC.

Is this the reason Dangote was calling Tinubu Asiwaju of Nigeria during the commissioning? Is this the reason he brought Alhaji Aminu Dantata and his mother to felicitate with Tinubu?

Gombe oil discovery that was launched by Buhari may be fake if it is true that Dangote is granted Licence to import PMS. He may even use the licence to import AGO, JetKero and PMS and later deceive Nigerians that they are refined products from his refinery.

That he is the first to declare June 12 as public holiday in lagos State as governor doesn't in any way take away the fact that he betrayed MKO Abiola.
Probably, he did it out of courtesy but the fact remains that he betrayed MKO Abiola.

That is the reason for this discuss

You are an IBO, you can never understand internal issue in Yoruba land. Your brother Ochereome Nnanna as the Chairman of Vanguard Editorial Board called Yorubas sophisticated m o n r o o n because of the memorial of MKO Abiola by FG by honouring him. Is that not bitterness. It is that bitterness that blinded your reasons.

Ovie Kokori and his Deputy said Tinubu was with them all through the struggle. These are the lead warriors in June 12 battle. Anything you like you can say. IBO cannot understand the struggle of a man which made June 12 a memorial day until it became accepted nationally as Democracy Day.

For the records, Tinubu didn't fight for the restoration of democracy, he fought for his selfish interest

He is a serial betrayer who betrayed his own brother MKO Abiola all because of crumbs

below are links to articles narrating Tinubu's treacherous and betrayal acts against his brother

https://www.herald.ng/tinubu-betrayed-abiola-begged-abacha-for-post-in-1993-bode-george/

https://dailypost.ng/2019/06/19/abacha-ex-nlc-leader-makes-revelations-tinubus-betrayal-mko-abiola/

while the below is where Abiola son Kola narrated how Tinubu betrayed his father

http://www.adabanijaglobal.com.ng/bola-tinubu-betrayed-mko-abiola-kola-abiola/

All these are just propaganda. Ovie Kokori, his deputy in NUPENG have dismissed Kola Abiola statements as falsehood from figment of his imagination. Babaolofin, on nairaland has explained this with references by Ovie Kokori and other by his deputy. They said Tinubu was with them in the struggle. Tinubu was a Senator but Abacha dissolved National Assembly. You can never expect Tinubu an aggrieved Senator to lobby to become a commissioner while millions of dollars is in his US accounts apart from other countries . There is an internal polygamous issues between Simbiat and Kudirat children as explained by babaolofin. Hafsat & Jamiu are very close to Tinubu as governor of Lagos. Kola as eldest would have wanted any communication with the family to be through him.

Of recent, in an attempt to blackmail Tinubu with Drug deal, the IBOs propaganda machinery roped Abiola into drug deals with junk journalism. Kola never said anything because of Tinubu. It was Jamiu that fought back to protect the name of his father. Even the lady at Arise never said anything.

Bode George's case is bitterness. When Bode George was sent to jail by Yaradua, he said it was Tinubu that made him to be jailed. Is Tinubu and Yaradua in the same Party?

Finally, the memorial for late MKO Abiola was started by Tinubu as governor of Lagos. MKO Abiola's garden, Abiola boulevard, Kudirat Abiola way and June 12 as Public Holiday started by Tinubu as governor.

Unsung heroes.

There are hundreds of them that are unknown. There were many higher institutions students that died in the pro democracy riots. Also, some corpers died. Then, we have those Sergeant Roger and his team silenced.

Olu Onagoruwa's son died. Chief Alex Ibru suffered gun attack and flown abroad for treatment. On his return, he suffered serious pains and complications from the injury sustained until he eventually died some years later. May his soul rest in peace.

One of the unsung heroes is Barrister Alao Aka Basorun who is the professional father and mentor of Femi Falana. Though he died in 2005 he fought fiercely as NBA president, escaped assassination and went into exile. He lost everything he had laboured for apart from numerous Lawyers he has trained. He fell sick due to the complications and assault suffered while fighting the military government. NBA should never forget him.

Finally, nairaland continue to ban babaolofin. Don't ever allow the account to post. There is no banning that can have meaning again since Tinubu has won.

Obasanjo came with intellect and military background. Tinubu is coming with greater intellect and high level of private sector exposure. Again, Divine Powers sent him to accomplish some things for Nigeria, West Africa and Africa. That is why there are so many oppositions and adversaries.

Obasanjo would have done many things, but the time was so short because he started from scratch, from nothing. That was why he needed third term to perfect the privatization of NNPC and support Dangote Consortium by selling those NNPC Refineries to them. He needed time to support IPP projects to delivery. After his exit, everything crumbled.

Late MKO Abiola would have transformed Nigeria and Africa, but he was not allowed. We pray the divine forces continually fight for Tinubu.

OK. Agreed. Answer the salient points raised by babaolofin, the best intelligence analysis ever. You said Jack Ma, Jeff Bezo, Elon Musk, Bill Gate, etc cannot run economy because they are Tech oriented person. They don't understand economy, answer babaolofin. His excerpts is copied below.

I agreed with you that he has been in the IT in the various organizations where he had worked apart from treasury where he left in 1993. You said at treasury operations he was merely managing platform. At NIBSS, you said he was managing settlement platforms.

While it is true that not everybody who works in bank is a banker, also, it is not every banker that can become CBN governor. Management of monetary policy (financial system regulation and fiscal policy) of a Nation is different from core banking operations. An engineer that has been in the banking environment for over 3 decades by training is well equipped to head CBN.

Firstly, I am an engineer in addition to other professional trainings and qualifications. My engineering training opened my intelligence more than any other training I have done because of hard thinking, mathematical modelling and analysis, control systems, statistics, engineering economics & management.
If I have devoted my entire life in the financial sector of the economy, I would be better than anybody in the understanding of the operations of economy. Digital economy and Financial Tech platforms (Cryptocurrency, online banks, etc) are not isolated from fiscal policy, micro and macro economic analysis of the economy.

Head of Operations department of CBN is not just to oversee SWIFT and International and Local Electronics Financial Telecommunications (EFT) platforms or various Financial TELEX platforms but must understand the economy and operations.

Kindly show us the Organogram (Organization Chart) of CBN that makes the Deputy Governor (Operations Department) the least qualified to be an Acting Governor of CBN. Representing a governor at events does not mean the person automatically he is the next governor. It might be due to the relationship between the governor and the person, it might be due to deals and not necessarily the month or year of appointment to the board. Soludo used Tunde Lemo as his right hand man not because Tunde Lemo was older on the board than other Deputy Governors but because they graduated from UNN Nzuka.

Is the Financial System stability or Corporate Services more than Operations Department? What is the effect of the Financial System stability or Corporate Services on the operations of the banking systems and various International and local banking platforms being used in Nigeria? Operations Department is the engine room and the heart of the banking systems. This is where fraud and deals are transmitted electronically and this is where EFCC and DSS monitor and track.

Tinubu is different from Obasanjo, Yaradua, Jonathan and Buhari. Tinubu had first class in Business Admin (Accounting).

CBN governor is not the only person managing the economy. We have economic team. Economic Adviser and Minister of Finance are part of the team. Tinubu as the President and a private sector expert is the Chief Economic Adviser to himself. Tinubu understands economics and economy. Tinubu had dialogue with the private sector during campaign. He will continue to interact with them. He needs a Tech person now.

Finally, your problem is that the Acting governor is Yoruba. If Fola Adeola, the founding partner of GTB is appointed as CBN governor, you will still cry, you will still wail. Show us all the Jonathan appointments. Show us all the Yaradua and Buhari appointments.

Please, answer this excerpts and the one before it, don't run to other feeble and weak submissions. He particularly mentioned Soludo (CBN Governor) and Tunde Lemo (Deputy Governor) relationship.

OK. Reply babaolofin. He brought the greatest revelations out of the matter.

Excerpts from his submission is pasted below. The best intelligence analysis ever.

In addition, Lamido Sanusi Lamido was never appointed CBN governor by Yaradua because he read Economics though he spent some time in Sudan on Islamic studies. Shamsudden Usman and Mansur Mukhtar were never appointed Ministers of Finance by Yaradua because they read management courses.

Your submission, though incoherent was because the Deputy Governor Operations Department is a Yoruba.

Bukola Saraki is a Medical Doctor who has spent his entire life in business. He was the former MD of Societe Generale Bank. There is nothing Sanusi knows about Banking and Economy that he does not know. Bukola Saraki is a personal friend to Lamido Sanusi and Aigboje (Access Bank founder) is their anything Sanusi and Aigboje know about economy (micro & macro), fiscal policy & Financial institutions & systems regulations that Bukola Saraki does not because he is a Medical Doctor by training? His father was a captain of industry and also a Medical Doctor. Late Senator Olusola Saraki knows economy as much as Adamu Ciroma knows economy.

I guess you are one million years old.

Let us just enter your fantasy of history being passed down generation to generation orally : who decides what events need to be passed down ? Over 1000 years how many giga of history would need to be passed down orally ?

As I said, you do not understand the meaning of history and for your information, your idejo guy is a crook who hoodwinks slow people like you. History relies on evidence, not beliefs !

You are blinded and insane that is why you can be rubishing Lagos Traditional council. You called IDEJO chief IDEJO guy, Legislation will open your eyes. I forwarded your insanity on nairaland to him and few other elders. They agreed legislation will open your eyes.

If not oral history that was documented for record purposes, the tradition and culture would not have been preserved. Nobody can tell the Aworis, Ijebus and Eegun of Lagos their history more than themselves. They have been living on the land for centuries before colonial masters or civilizations or education or history came. Coronation rites for new king, Burial rites for King that joined their ancestors, historical sites and rites, traditional festival are all transmitted from generation to generation orally before being documented by those chosen to do so.

Propaganda written as history can never be used by Lagos Council of Traditional rulers and Lagos Parliament. Chinedu cannot come and scatter Rhodes Vivour family. In Yoruba land, there is a popular adage that when a prominent family is peaceful and progressive, a bastard child among them has not grown up. Now, we can see he has grown up. I don't have an unlimited time and talking to arrogant and disrespectful tribalists who would benefit from me giving them lectures is getting tiring. Let me help you understand reality: show me a document written by an eyewitness which mentions olofin !
History is not just a story people tell, it has to be backed by evidence.

Mr man go and sleep. Document written by eyes witness my foot. You are blind and insane. The documents must have been written by our great grandfathers that were illiterates as at time. I mentioned Ozobia from Anambra State, he knows of Oluwa and Igboologun village beside Snake Island. The Oluwa owns Ojo land. We have the Ojoras and other White Cap chiefs. They know their progenitors. Our Ijebu from After Ketu / mile12, from Ikorodu to Epe know our roots. The Eegun of Badagry up to Benin Republic know their root.

The council of Obas in Lagos State have nothing to do with your blindness. The legislation must become an edict.

Stoplying:

Calls me all sorts of names and says I'm basically ignorant and then proceeds to talk about fairytale figures like olofin as if they ever existed. 🤣🤡😂
Whatever I claimed, I either provided evidence for it, or it is easily verifiable.
However your claim is just a fairytale about some imaginary olofin!
I brought Precolonial maps made hundreds of years before Nigeria was created ! How does that have anything to do with the current Eleko?
Keep calling me names while reasoning like a 6 year old who confuses fairytales with history.

You said you brought pre colonial maps. That is insanity. Only IBOs will look at maps created about a decade ago. Our forefathers that trekked from IFE to the Beach for Beach water (Obokun of Ijesha land) and Olofin the father of the Aworis are fairytale to you, then your insanity has just begun. The legislation will open your eyes.

The IDEJO chiefs are also fairytale to you, then you have just begun.

Nnamdi Ozobia, as the MD of Nigerdock knows the Oluwa of Lagos and Igboologun village about two decades ago. What has your maps got to do with indigenous people and the reality.

If Olofin is a fairytale, then the Oluwa is a fairytale. Ojora is also a fairytale, then you shall know when the legislation becomes an edict.

You talk about what your blindness and confusion got to do with the current Eleko. It has. During the late Oba Adeyinka Oyekan reign, there was nothing like this.

Hope you know that you that you are from Ogun andnother SW states would be affected by the law. The law said protection of indigenes so if you are not an indigene of Lagos whether you are yoruba or not it will affect you.

There is no problem with that. The Ijebus are in Ogun and Lagos. The Aworis are in Ogun and Lagos. The palace of Oba of Lagos, historically, is an ancient Ijebu pepper farm. Iganran was an Ijebu pepper.

If it affects Ogun, but our brothers and sisters in Lagos are protected, then we are happy for them.

Indigenous Abuja, Nassarawa, Niger & Plateau people in future will have a need for this legislation. Already, about 50% of Ilorin is gone to these traders.
