Well it depends on what you mean, if you are asking if Mary existed before Jesus on earth, the answer is yes. But if you are referring to Jesus' spiritual existence as God, I would say no. But the thing here is, from the day this God took flesh and dwelt among men, he chose a mother and that mother is Mary. So except you will argue that Jesus wasn't God when he was in Mary's womb, which by implication means that at some point Jesus lost his divinity, then you can't argue against Mary being the Mother of God.

What is the source of that sin which Mary had to be cleansed of? She was impregnated by the Holy Spirit, by no will of her own. She faithfully delivered the child, who is considered God, identical with Yahweh, and yet this compliance made her unclean and was a sin. She complied and it was considered a sin that she needed cleansing from.
