Its a very good research question on our demographics.I have read about average sizes of penis from various continents with facts and figures. so i think the op should carry out a research on that. Using different states and tribes, distribute your questionaires to demonstrate their states, tribes , age, penis size ......etc.....who knows ur paper might get an award or an academic recognition
