Pres. Buhari is an honourable man. And why not? Honesty and integrity come hand in hand with honour. Nigerians believe in prayers. But they also know that God uses Doctors to bring relief to the sick and effect healing.

As the people of Nigeria are grappling with hard times arising from the indiscretions and financial recklessness of past governments, the last thing Pres. Buhari wants to do is add to the suffering of Nigerians by reneging on the pact the former government made with the Nigerian Doctors.

We also know that our doctors are reasonable and would not hold the nation to ransom at the negotiating table. These are hard times for everyone so the doctors must make the necessary sacrifices bearing the interests of ordinary Nigerians at heart. They must therefore, show understanding of the present situation.

Together as we work and support the laudable programmes of this present administration, we will surmount the present predicaments and in time, ours will no longer be referred to as a nation with potentials for greatness but a great nation.
