A functional rail line for cargo would make more sense since there's an airport already in Owerri

Enugu airport is close to people from Abia North. The people in Abia South uses Port Harcourt airport cos it's closer than Owerri.

The rail line would be the most genius thing they can do. Cos it'll help facilitate travels within the state plus logistics for locally made goods at a very cheap cost which in turn will facilitate economic growth.
