Are you saying the second question mark turns sentence into a statement and not a question or what. Even if I agree that a normal sentence will have only one question mark, how does the second question mark change the sentence into something else

But our brain would tell us its a question even if it has 10 question marks but its inappropriate to use more than 1 question mark
