Now he told me today that his boss said that he need five people for one helping job in one company he called, that is a diract employment visa ,2 years visa that I should pay 1million for everything ...

Secondly to change visit visa to work permit in your words you must get a job from a genuine company when you come in with visit visa. The company will then apply for your employment visa

Thirdly yes you can get a job with 3 months visa that is how most of us came here
