Hello guys... I just discovered i will be 23 this year, can you just imagine...

I still have alot of things to deal with, some of them are

1) i still act timid and shy, this is really affecting my social life...i have been like this since when i am a child ...during chatting online, i am a bad commando, hope u dig wat i mean, i mean i rapport well online but to see people one on one and to relate with them, my heart races to power 3.

Please nairalanders how can i deal with this my shy and timid life, its really affecting my social life...people thinks i am a snub but deep down i know i am not...i want to socialise with people too

2) i also have the issue of negative thinking, i assume alot...any small thing i already assume...most of my assumption are based on negative things. For example the teacher doesnt like me just because anytime sees me, he doesnt laugh...those are the types of assumption i have

3) i find it hard to talk to girls and i hate this

4) also how can i start behaving maturely...most of my childhood friend tags me as unmature being...

You are simply a melancholic personality temperament. Am also one but immediately I entered the university I just got this confidence from no where. Now if you see me you may mistaken that i was born a lively person but the truth is I develop that boldness and inner straight by myself.

The first step to your problem is to stop playing life save. Stop getting afraid of critism, rejection or peoples face. Make moves in life and enjoy people insult or critice you. See, if you dont break out of that mental cage you will be limited in life. IMAGINE YOURSELF A KING AND FORTUNE WILL FIND YOU WORTHY OF IT.
