Christianity Etc › Re: Dear Jerry Eze, Wearing Boxers To The Gym Is WRONG! by prophetfire: 7:58am On Aug 10, 2025 |
Daejumong: I can’t understand how a man would be wearing boxers outside the bedroom. This guy needs a good management team around him. The problem many African pastors have is that people are afraid to correct them believing they are higher beings who are answerable only to God. This creates a great problem for the pastor who can easily get self conceited and lose it yet people will keep hailing. Pastors must be answerable to elders in the church and the congregation. That is the way to keep the system healthy! I can't see any boxers there. Your type only go to church to scrutinize irrelevant things in the name of being religious. I like decency and I'm a decent person but I have passed through a church that scrutinize and ban things that don't make sense like you, but you know what? All those things they banned then, they're using them today. |

Tinubu and APC will throw huge money at them so to use them to frustrate the coalition the way they used Abure to destroy LP. |

Mrfixitt: So barbaric. This world is so cruel and mysterious The useless South Africans won't do anything about it. They won't protest or fight the white murderers, but once they see a Nigerian drive a good car in their country, they become envious and start killing Nigerians. Their fellow barbaric whites know how to put them in their place. |
Romance › Re: He Is 29 & She Is 18 by prophetfire: 2:00pm On Aug 05, 2025 |
Auxtan: My salesgirl understands my business to the point I am considering to just make her my family.
I don't do an easy business and I am looking to scale, which means someone that understands this business is vital for that to happen and preferably a family member.
Now I am thinking of marrying her and also in the process leaving the relationship/dating market that is a distraction.
I don't have issues whatsoever with this my salesgirl in terms of character and even accountability, she's just perfect in those aspects, but my problem is her age.
Right now, I am just thinking of taking this decision of killing 2 birds with a stone might just be the best for me, one is settling down and two is marrying someone that understands my business.
Is a 29 year old man too big for an 18 year old girl? What's the general public perception of it?
PS: For the main time, I haven't made moves on her. But my interviews on her so far shows she's not looking to enter the high institution anytime soon (probably due to funds). But if I become comfortable with the age gap that is my major concern, I'd make moves on her and see if it will be possible. I'm trying to assess general views on marrying girls in their teen like her. Age isn't an issue here. And stop thinking about what people would say. Do you use what people would say to run your business? Why should you use it to run your marital decisions? |

Family › Re: What Are You Paying For? Reno Omokri Asks Men Who Pay Bride Price For Non-Virgin by prophetfire: 10:06am On Aug 05, 2025 |
Merry100: In Scripture, women were treated with dignity; Jesus Himself uplifted and respected women regardless of their past. There isn't a single verse in the Bible where God rewarded a woman simply for being a virgin.
Mary being chosen wasn't a reward for her virginity; it was to fulfill prophecy, align with the lineage of David, and emphasize a miraculous birth.
If your logic held, Mary Magdalene wouldn't have been the first to witness the risen Christ. Virginity has never been presented as a qualification to be valued, blessed, or favoured by God. We're talking about marriage here not treating with dignity or not. From Scripture, the very Bible you're quoting, Reno is 100% right. You don't pay Bride price for a non virgin. It's a travesty, an abomination. |

He will simply place a ban on them... That was exactly how the cement industry grew... The govt of ObJ barred import to help local manufacturers...
Tinubu is supposed to do same to save the sector.. but no! He is busy with 2027 politics You are not talking about Dangote and his greed that made them to go back to importation. |

BlackViper: Hahaha😂 Kemi has triggered millions of Nigerians once again into having their famous/infamous childish tantrums.
One would think that Nigerians would be grateful for having such a high profile critic of their corrupt government that has a habit of buying up opposition party members.
Kemi can't be bought because unlike Femi Fani Kayode, Reno O Mockery etc, she's not a typical "arowojobe" anywhere belle face Nigerian politician.
She is prepared to dispense with diplomatic niceties and speak the bitter chloroquine truth. She's being childish. She doesn't need to denigrate her country to please the British. If she thinks this stupidity would help her convince them to become PM, she's on a long thing. Rishi Sunak didn't have to sound stupid before becoming PM. He showed performance. |

This is why they used Ukraine to fight Russia, hoping to split Russia in the end and take control of Russia's vast resources. To be able to pay off their debts.
Russia has over $75 trillion worth of untapped resources. Excluding the ones in the newly liberated territories in Ukraine.
And untop of all that, only $280 billion debt. The lowest among white nations. Even lower than some African nations. This your US vs Russia rants have become stale. |

Cutezt: I initially thought about that, but I also said to myself that the mistake was from me, and it will be somehow to restrict his account for something he has no idea about. If I had contacted him and he refused to refund, that definitely would be my next line of action, but the banks refusal to help out puts me in a difficult situation. I may have to get that court order and restrict his account for something he has no idea about. It's a criminal act for him not to refund you and the fact that the mistake wasn't his fault doesn't absolve him. Get the court order and purse the matter. The Court will tell GTB to act and police will be involved. As for you, how do you transfer money with only first four digits? The full numbers and names have to be exactly the same. |
