from day one I started using the 5.3 the video calls have not been connecting, initially I was thinking is network but this one pass network matter not for once

Please guys I noticed my whatsapp video calls never connects , but if use Facebook for video calls it does connect, any idea what might be wrong is it the WhatsApp version or what I don't get.
I use Nokia 5.3 the 6GB ram 64GB variant

Battery life..I give it 10/10.. I'm a heavy user(247 online) and my Vpn is on 247 but I charges it once a Day. It's fast in processing datas..U can't compare the camera to all those other high End iPhones but it's still very ok. The phone never gets hot in My hand it has great sound for music's (though I always connect my Bluetooth music player) ..the phone is very good..it's worth the money I paid for it.
