Oath of office

The Constitution of Nigeria specifies an oath of office for the President of the federation. The oath is administered by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria or the person for the time being appointed to exercise the functions of that office:

I can see Starcomms is trying to take advantage on those who aren't logical or mathematicians. Imagine you paying half of the so called tariff plan to get only the brand new modem.This means you'll still pay for subscription which makes the whole issue that of theft.

For instance,

1) If you want a 24hr all month package swap, you are to pay 11.25k for the modem and then pay 16k for the 24hr plan.this means you'll be paying 27.25k for the 24hr service plan and then loosing your old modem whereas buying a brand new 24hr plan is 22.5k

2) If you want a 100hr package swap, you are to pay 6.5k for the modem and then pay another 6.5k for the 100hr plan.This means you'll be paying 13k for the 100hr service plan and then loosing your old modem whereas buying a brand new 100hrs plan is 13k without dropping any modem
