She's a lagosian by marriage, besides she is also a Yoruba. I see no reason, the appointment should be an issue. People should learn to accept things based on merit.

God bless you.
One bottle of wine for you.
Muna4real:

Lol. It's like you don't understand. I remember when sowore was protesting and so many igbos did not join the protest. They sat behind their keyboards supporting him from the internet. Let me tell you why. Over the years, ever since that your current president was sworn into office, any cause that the igbos support will be looked at like a biafra protest . If not a biafra protest, then the whole Nigeria will look at the matter and say we are protesting or reacting because we hate buhari and apc. That's the truth. Let's start from when buhari was busy appointing only northerners into key offices. We voiced our displeasure, but everyone said that it's because we hate buhari. The Niger delta avengers case came, and every body said that we hate buhari and that's the reason we support the avengers. There are so many things that happened that time, and when we say something against the government, then we automatically hate buhari. So what's the need? If we protest on the streets against the government today, just watch. You will see your useless government officials coming out to ask if we are the only people in Nigeria. What do you want us to do? So we left you to do the protesting. At least you are not igbos, and so, they will hear you.

And by the way, igbos are surprised with the protests because we honestly thought that you guys love the country and the way it is. Don't blame us because the way you guys react when we speak against the government, it will make someone believe that we just making noise because we hate buhari. We are surprised ohh. We didn't expect you to protest. We thought you loved the country. So please don't blame us okay.

You're actually correct.
I totally agreed with you. When she was in the senate under PDP, she did nothing meaningful. After they denied her ticket either for third or Fourth tenure, she decamped to APC, yet she lost.
Freestainworld:
where you not among those who kept it this way? see this woman, because you left PDP when they denied you ticket back to the Senate, that is why you are talking, on which party did she represent when she was at the Senate? yeye dey smell.

Hahaha! Can you see why the world can never be a better place. Any child that is destined to be great in life will still be great irrespective of the amount he or she pays as school fees. Afterall, most of those teaching them are from the so called mushroom schools as the so called elites would call them. Sleeping on the president' bed doesn't make u the president. If after year one in that school & the students still can't invent just a ventilator then the school still need to do more in the area of academics rather than focusing on money issue.

Hello my fellow Nairalanders. I'm actually a DE student aspiring for UNN but a friend told me that when entering the school you are to gain admission into 100 level instead of the regular 200 level as a DE Student. Please how true is this?
Is actually true coz they did it to three of my friends who came out with upper and distinction from poly.. but is not all the departments sha. it is usually done in faculty of management and some others..
while some biological science and physical science will admit you in 200L whether ND or HND, As long as u pass the direct entry test.

I hv HND also, do u think uniben will gv admission into 300 level?
i doubt...coz the school is chosen by lots of people.
Education / Re: DIRECT ENTRY Admissions 2016 by Proxy4ever(m): 12:29am On Apr 16, 2016
Registering DE Jamb is not a sole guarantee of securing admission anywayz. d main tin is to pass ur aptitude test dat will be organized by d chosen schools. for those of you choosing high ranking and competitive universities, you hv to sit down and read fervently coz ur chances of getting admission is very small. schools such as UI, UNILORIN, UNN, UNILAG, UNIBEN, FUTMINNA, ABU Zaria, UNIBEN ETC. d number of applicants are much, making dem too competitive.. so wake up n read hard. JAH will bless u all.. congrat in arrears..

This doesn't prove anything as you've nt answered my ?
And i hope these peeps you're registering won't have issues with Jamb later on.
some people will still argue even when their questions have been answered. regularization is not compulsory oo.. afterall JAMB will still give you a new reg no.. starting with 6, which signifies 2016. dont panic my dear naira landers.. d main tin is biometric finger print n picture capturing..

many people are so much confused on the direct entry issue. i bought my DE scratch today at JAMB office, and i also filled it there today within 1hr. without any regularization. they said that is not a problm, afterall JAMB will still give u another new registration number, after registration, which will be used to check ur admission status. am already a HND graduate with my NYSC certificate in my box..though d admission i got in my OND days back in 2008 was not posted on jamb site. instead i filled other Diplomas during my registration. so dont panic about anytin, just go to accredited centres and register both ur finger print. THANKS ALL.
