Some people may say i'm lucky and would want to be in my position, but i really need ur advice..

My girlfriend mum have a very big provission shop, and u all know how it feels (that joy) to have such person daughther as your girlfriend.

She loves me so much that she can give me money, food stuff, all for free from their shop. infact, i don't even spend a kobo to buy anything again. All i do is just go to their shop, & collect whatever i want.

If i meet her mum when i want to buy something, i'll pay her. But if i give her N500, she will give me change of even N2000 and ask me to go. And i don't argue with her so that her mum won't notice. I will just collect the money and go.

If i call her on phone that i'm hungry, only God can tell the things she will bring for me withing just 20 minutes of calling her..

She's spending so much on me, and i think i need advice.

I thought i was a lucky man b4, but the thing is too much 4 me.

2months later, the phone went off by itself and didnt restart again.


For the first time in my life, I experienced what 'warranty' means.


He took the phone to where he bought it and they sent it for repairs (cos of d warranty)


Funny enough, it happened that hundreds of persons using that particular phone model has been complaining/returning their phone cos of that particular problem. Hence, they've run our of spare parts to use to fix my aunts phone.

They sent the phone to their Lagos office but they couldn't fix it.

After about a month, they called my brother.

He went to their office and they refunded 100% of his money.



That is the point I applauded them the most.


But all files in d phone were lost forever (phone numbers, messages, videos, pictures, etc)



Right now, my mind is glued back to Infinix.

I experienced such too before I went to buy tecno camon 17 pro dated last year. But if the phone is still with you, you can make come alive again. This is what I had done before and it resulted to a success. The issue came with the updates installed from Xiaomi redmi.
To restore, connect the phone using the USB type-C to any PC preferably a windows 10 64bit type. As soon as you plug it, it will pop a sound...wait for 15-20secs. If it shows charging icon, just unplug from PC and plug to its charger and wait till it's fully charged. But if it does not show such, give it like 10 more days before retrying.

This done...ensure that you place SIM cards you once used when it was working before you hold down the power button for 10mins - 15mins, it will boot up.
Once it power up again, go to settings to disable install automatically feature. Let it be manual. Don't ever make it to restart or you will have to wait till the battery is drained before repeating the concept I posted up here. This is a temporary fix.

There is a permanent fix but only for smart phone root exploiters.

Mine that is 9A also misbehaves at times by failing to reboot or start up.

they have rolled 2 more updates after then...still no visible changes. It's better to flash twrp to the device so as to avoid reboot issue

Have been using redmi 7a for like two years now..so I decided to upgrade to a new phone.i bought a new redmi 9c..at first phone was working well then all of a sudden it just off and can't turn on again.
So I took the phone to where I bought it and explain the problem to them.they directed me to their care center to..so when I went there,they took the phone from me and told me they will replace it with another one,that I should come back within 5 days
5 days have turn to a month plus and I haven't still gotten the phone..anytime I go to their store to ask for my phone,they will tell me the phone as not arrive,that they don't even know when it will arrive

Not only you,bro. It happened across most Redmi phones. Currently, I use Redmi 9t as my 2nd phone which I got early this year. There was a bug in the update that made restart function not to work. I think one of the reasons is to keep of every device so that it won't be stolen and resold to another person. They're just operating on the replica of iphone without informing users of the problems it can pose.


Temporary fix:
Allow the battery to drain off. You can leave it for like 5-7days. After then, plug the phone with the USB type c into the socket. And press power button for 20s, it will first indicate battery signal. Leave it for 30mins more. By that time, it will possibly show you 25% battery charging. Then tap the power button once to boot while still charging.

Permanent fix:
Ensure you unlock the bootloader from the developer option. Enable USB debugging. Then move straight to download twrp custom ROM for your device. Use adb to flash the ROM. so whenever it reboots, you won't be worrying. Because twrp ROM will become the default.
