SmartPolician: El-Rufai is the best administrator, the most knowledgeable and one of the most educated politicians in Nigeria's north. If not that that man is deeply attached to Islam and Fulani, he is the best candidate from the north to run this country. Therein lies the contradiction. You cannot be most educated and knowledgeable and still be attached to religion and ethnic chivalry. Education is liberation from the shackles of backward religions and divisive tribalism. |

I think the reason why you talk like this is backwardness and third world living not your love for christ and the church. For having such a great father then they can never be obscure for ever.
For him to have such brilliant accomplished children, he can't be hidden from the public sphere even as a father if he is not the President of the Russian Federation.
Both father and his daughters are golden fishes that can't be hidden. The family is exceptionally gifted and totally patriotically dedicated to the Russian nation. May God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs! What golden fishes? A ruthless dictator who murders anyone who stand against him and children who are just basic bitches but have been gifted powerful positions and riches through nepotism and cronyism even though there are thousands of young Russian women much more intelligent and hardworking than them. Politics › Re: Peter Obi Vehemently Condemns Lagos-Calabar Highway As A Misplaced Priority by pseudaria: 5:23pm On Apr 30, 2024 |
emkz: If anyone from the Niger-Delta comes across the thread, please remember that some of you voted for Peter Obi. Peter Obi has demonstrated he is against the progress of the Niger Delta communities. The bulk of the funds for running our economy comes from the Niger Delta. But he says a big project to criss-cross the Niger Delta is a misplaced priority.
Note that the US spent their way out of recession through the New Deal which focused on massive infrastructural development across board, including roads. There is no nation interested in progress that is currently not engaged in one form of infrastructural development or the other. But the one which is 60 years old overdue in Nigeria, Peter Obi is fighting it, simply because he lost election.
If he didn't build anything meaningful in Anambra, I think it is disingenuous to fight against something being built through the Niger Delta. Thanks to Tinubu's ingenuity, Lagos is undergoing massive infrastructural development and embarking on an audacious railway project which the likes of Rufai Oseni would condemn.
Peter Obi doesn't want the progress for the Niger Delta. He just wants to get the votes and use anti-developmental and archaic ideas to ruin this country completely.
Only vote for those who want progress to be in your land. With this tweet, Peter Obi has shown he is not interested in that.
As for the Landmark CEO who has been all over the place making noise, can he show us documents where the shorelines and beaches in his location were ceded to him? If he violated the right of way, it is evil for him to complain. The best thing to do was to meet and find ways to relocate his business or shift to an area where the coastal highway won't pass. When I travelled through Accra-Cape Coast highway, part of which was adjacent to the ocean, it was a beautiful sight with the blue waters! Guess what? Beaches still functioned!!
Just to add, a road network is also a delight for businesses. Food can easily be transported from rural areas to urban centers and those in rural communities would make good money.
But Peter Obi does not want this. Look at this big fool, you think we don't know the real reason behind the coastal road is to have more access to crude oil. The road is a non essential project we don't need it. Take care of existing dilapidated roads, food inflation is killing us, insecurity everywhere yet your useless druggie is running propaganda up and down about non-existent $600m investment disgracing the country everywhere. Fucking neanderthals |

Akinpresident: I don't agree suicide is a solution to escape challenges. Assuming suicide is excusable in some situations, whatever situation it is shouldn't apply to a male. Men are built with tough essence and it's cowardice to chicken out via suicide just because you lacked the mental readiness and toughness to navigate through life chaos due to poor parenting hinged on overdependence.
I'm just waiting for the day someone I know personally will attempt the suicide nonsense, the kind of beating he'll collect from me that day, he'll regret ever thinking about it. But I pray someone close to me never get to such point where suicide is an option for them. Tufia! I think you are equating mental toughness with long-suffering which is a key characteristic of slavery. The average African negro is adept at long-suffering which is why we were able to withstand the most inhumane conditions for 3 centuries. This is a good thing. Look at what we are going through in the hands of the govt yet no resistance we just keep managing in the name of toughness. For how long |

thedio: I think we r all guilty thou at diff level and degrees. We r spoiling these kids in the name of,I don't want them to suffer the way I did.
Also we don't want them to see us as wicked old man just like the way many of us see our pale then.
Thou it our responsibility to protect and care for them but we should teach them to stand up for themselves especially the first kids. An entitled kid may not be able up for him/herself in a difficult time, especially when we r not there.
I think this is one of the reasons the oyinbo kid alway cry depression over a matter we used to joke. Many of them r even lazy to the extent of finding it difficult to work for 8hrs. The difference remains they built a developed society why you couldn't. Maybe you should learn from them instead of trying to praise your society that produces leaders who steal your wealth pastors who would rather worship at the altar of money and political power than speak truth like Elijah, police who derive pleasure in oppressing innocent masses, judges who are eager to take bribes to bend the truth and traditional rulers who would rather give yahoo boys and drug dealers chieftaincy titles before considering that teacher who has spent 30yrs labouring in the community school. There is nothing about the Nigerian society that is worth emulating. |
