To give u guys hope. Some candidates have been contacted and sent to sterling bank's HR for another round of 'solid' interviews. Some have resumed after the interviews while some are yet to. Keep your fingers crossed. The next call might be from septagus to ur line.

When we wrote the test that day those HR peeps said regardless of Graduate trainee or Experienced everyone is on same level, since we were narrowed down to a particular job role. So if anyone that wrote at Q&Q on the 11th got a feedback, it relates to everyone.

I wrote on 20th june @ QnQ for graduate trainee and sent my details on july 2nd. They said we will have our interview b4 d end of july. July has ended already and no interview. So the only tin dat can give me hope is if those who wrote on july 11 are also for graduate trainee. So pls what was contained in d the email invite for dat test on july 11?

the executive chat is wat it is a chat wit a top mgt staff, to me jst a Formality so nting to fear. after that u get invited for a 6 weeks training school. u write about 18 exams. ur average must be 70% at d end or ur out . the calibre of pple in d training was out of this world. u can score 85% in a course and still feel like an olodo. . free breakfast and lunch wit some allowance for tfare monthly. at the end you wud be lodged for three days in an hotel in vi/ ikoyi. for induction.
