Lol...No problem. I have accepted that MNK was abusive and inciting hatred.
We are watching to see how your peaceful, loving and one Nigeria activist will save your region.

Igbos do not romance with evil no matter who bears it. We call it by its name.
If that is bn abusive, learn to deal with it.
We are unapologetic on that.

Werey people everywhere.

Instead of them to act,and think beyond the box,on how to rescue the innocent kidnapped pupils, here they are fighting someone who came out to speak about exposing those who are behind the whole scenario angry

This country don tire me. And to even think there are some maddddd people who derive their daily erections from defending these politicians beat my imagination.
This was the same way Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was bn attacked when he started speaking against the evils of the government of the day, terrorism and banditry. This same people backed the government till MNK was arrested and put behind bars.

What goes around truly comes around.

You've been against this guy since he created iru ekun

Aren't you happy he volunteered to help SECURE our region he's not even asking for compensation just approval
At this juncture we need all hands on Deck to help defeat insecurity

I can't really understand your opposition against him
I laugh when I see people changing goal post when the situation turns against them.

Now you guys want to believe that Igboho was trying to secure your region while the same region called Mazi Nnamdi Kalu terrorist when he tried to open his people's eyes and protect his region.

At this juncture we need all hands on Deck to help defeat insecurity
If you guys had maintained this posture of "All hands on deck...," when MNK was speaking against it, may be, this insecurity may not even get to your region cos I believed it would've bn nipped in the bud.

I think we are learning the hard way.

Look at what is coming out from the founder of a University, chai.

Total indictment, as in 100000% indictment from his statements.

You purposely increased the prices of Transripts exponentially without following any NUC standards due to the requests of students transfer to other institutions.

If your institution is of par with other federal universities or even other private universities, no students would want to leave . It's obviously shown in your statements that some things are wrong in the running of the institution as regards the professional courses you stated.

Work on your system and stop exploiting Nigerians.
There's something that is called control system.

That control system puts checks on things in order to make the system running within it's standard.
Without that control, things may start going anyhow.
Imagine students gaining admission through you to escape stringent conditions of State and Federal universities only for them to use and dump you after one year.

If you know you want to use and dump them, be ready to pay ₦2m transcript fee. That's control system.

The police did a very bad and intelligent finishing job.
You have the Intel about the kidnappers and you were so much in a hurry that you let them escape.

Good officer will allow them to relax and no sign that they known.
Follow them up individually and pick them same day from their individual locations.

How can police just drive into their compound and expect to capture all of them there?

Poor finishing job.

When you place wealth, money and affluence first in marriage neglecting love, peace of mind and happiness, you'll get the money and lose the marriage.

Believing that money alone can guarantee you peace and love in marriage is self deception.

Chose who you can love. Someone you're willing to be in commitment with. Someone you believe to give you peace then build with the person. When you do this, you'll see that the ups and downs of marriage will not be too difficult for both of you to weather through.

Travel › Re: 10 Things You Should Know About Enugu by Psoul(m): 6:47pm On May 16
Rapmoney:
I spent about 10 years working in Enugu as a project manager in the education sector, and during my 10 year-professional journey, I learnt certain things about the town. This can help you towards planning if you want to relocate to Enugu.

1. Traffic Laws: Traffic laws are very strict in Enugu. You dare not park your car by the side on a major road. You dare not beat traffic lights positioned in almost all parts of the town. If you do, your vehicle will be towed to MOT office or you pay huge fines. Dem nor dey hear 'Abeg'.

2. Relaxed Attitude: The people have a relaxed attitude. They don't rush when doing things. It is common for people to sit in a town-service bus for more than 30 minutes in Enugu, waiting for passengers to fill the bus. My first year in Enugu was uncomfortable because it is something different from what I was used to in Warri. You do not see people rushing to work in the morning, even bankers. Everyone seems to do it slow slow.

3. Peacefulness: Enugu is one of the most peaceful towns in Nigeria. During my 10-year stay, I did not hear or witness any inter-communal clash or anything similar. In fact, I really did not see anyone fighting publicly, except verbal clashes (quarrelling) on few occasions.

4. The Women: Enugu has the most beautiful women in Nigeria. It is only closely followed by Owerri. Out of every 10 young women you see, 6 would be pretty, and the rest might actually look presentable. My neck and my head had a quarrel the first day I landed in Enugu. My neck said my head was stressing it too much, because of the constant turning and looking. As a man, you need to be focused or else, you will get distracted if you allow the beauty of the women to overwhelm you.

5. Enugu is an 'Oringo' Town: You must have heard the singer, Flavour called Enugu 'Oringo' in some of his songs. Oringo is a slang in southeast Nigeria which means 'party'. Enugu is a place where more money is spent than it is made. From Cubana to Toscana, from Trans-Ekulu to Abakpa, from GRA to Independence Layout, from Agbani to Obiagu, it is all about Oringo. Forget it. Enugu is the only place you can see beer parlours and bars opened from morning till night, with people drinking during working hours on weekdays. About 60% of alcohol in southeast is consumed in Enugu.

6. Okpa and Pepsi: In Enugu, they don't joke with Okpa and Pepsi. Okpa is a local food made from Bambara beans. N500 Okpa and one chilled Pepsi will go a long way for the average man on the street. Don't play.

7. Beware of Abakpa at Night: Abakpa is the largest area in Enugu town. It is owned by the Nike people of Enugu-East LGA. It is a place where you find the good, the bad, and the ugly. They are called Abakpa Ndi Nti Ike for a reason. When interpreted in English, it means the set of people that are stubborn and do not heed to advice. Abakpa is a place you can get the cheapest accommodation in Enugu if you are a beginner. It is also a place you need to be careful and mind your business. Nor dey waka waka for inside Abakpa for night, or else boys wey nor get joy go help you keep your property for you.

8. Choice Areas to Live: If you are financially buoyant, the best places to stay in Enugu with good security and road networks, beautiful environment, and magnificent buildings are Trans-Ekulu, Independence Layout, and GRA.

9. Water Issues: Enugu is a hilly place. It is good for hikers, but one issue that the town usually face is water shortage due to the topography. I hope the current governor, Barrister Peter Ndubuisi Mbah will address that soon.

10. Always Cook at Home on Sundays: If you are a bachelor or spinster, make sure you get ingredients on Saturday to cook on Sunday, else na hunger go kpai you. Enugu people don't joke with Sunday relaxation and outing. No matter the profits their business is generating, they don't sacrifice their Sundays for anything. Most shops and restaurants are closed. Even shops where the owners live in same building.

I am not from Enugu State. I am from Niger Delta, so this post has been written with an unbiased view.

Happy weekend everyone!L
Good observation.
On No 9, topography is not even the major cause of the water issue in Enugu State.
There is water in almost every ground in that state.

The major issue is that Enugu State is sitting on top of ground with great deposit of Coal.
If you drill borhole in 10 places, you will get coal deposit in about 8 or even all the 10 places.
Once the borehole passes through coal deposit, the water becomes useless and the money used in drilling becomes a waste.
9th Mile is blessed good soil without coal. That is where Enugu has the best water.

Nigerians don't mind their business. Most times it helps.
Someone would've noticed his facial expression and rushed to ask if he was okay.

White men like minding their businesses.
That's why many of them die out of depression loneliness and boredom.
Nairaland General › Re: Rain Exposes Charm Buried In Front Of A Man's Shop In Port Harcourt (Video, Pic) by Psoul(m): 3:19pm On Apr 30
geoworldedu:
Charm o, bible o, Quran o, Vedas o, Cowries o. They all don't work. They are just there to scare the gullibles. They have no power of themselves.

Read what Luwabi did many years ago. He upended a pot and people feared that the pot is very powerful. Many were scared to go near it, touch or open it.

29. And they said, Ikoko luwabi orisa wa(meaning the pot of luwabi, our own god).
30. Now the two brave men whose names were Akin and Gbajumo came to the pot at noon. And they said, we shall open the pot and dare the consequences.
31. So many gathered to watch them open the pot. And those who worship the pot came and said, do not open it, because it is our god. And since we began to worship it, it has been protecting us from evil.
32. However, Akin and Gbajumo proceeded and lifted up the pot. And many homos scattered to different directions, running when no one was chasing them. And those who were curious were shocked beyond imagination. For they saw nothing under the pot and they were disappointed.
33. Now it was known before the passing away of that day that the pot of luwabi contained nothing. And they who had built their worship around the pot wondered, saying, why then are we protected when we changed our gods to worship the pot as our new god?
34. Who protected us from death when we left the worship of Ogun and Sango and even Oya to worship this pot?
35. Now luwabi sat them down and said, you protected yourself with what you believe. For if you believe that you are protected, then you shall be protected. You do not need any god to protect you, but your own mind.
36. When you see a pot turned upside down, you think it is covering up something. But the truth of the matter is that it covers up nothing worth checking. So are many beliefs. They are made up of nothing but vacuums, yet they have power to protect you and to make you look powerful because you have put your belief in them.
37. Now the homo, who fell sick after thinking of the food he ate from the pot before it was overtuned, came to luwabi because he had become well. And he said, baba luwabi, if indeed the pot did not cover anything, how then did I fall sick?
38. How then did I dream that a snake was inside the pot turned over?
39. Then luwabi said, your fear made you dream so and not because there is a snake under it. That is what fear can do to anyone. Now because you have known that there is nothing under it, you became well again. So is life. Many die because of their ignorance.
That was simple psychology luwabi was teaching there.
Yeah, it works.
But know it that there are more beyond simple psychology.
There are powers that defies that psychology. Not limited by simple psychology.
Do not be deceived. One side of knowledge should not be used to solve every problem.
