You are owing someone money and the person brought Police to arrest you, this is what you should do.

At first, the police have no legal authority to arrest you for a simple debt, as it is a civil matter and not a criminal offense. According to the Police Act 2020 and the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA), the police are strictly prohibited from interfering in civil disputes or acting as debt collectors

Meaning that, the Police officer the person brought to arrest you, is on illegal duty and is on a mission to perform illegal arrest.

So at this point.

1. Ask the Police officer for his ID and take note of his name

2. Calmly tell the officer it's a civil matter

3. If the officer insist on arresting you, don't resist the arrest. Follow him

4. If they ask you to sign any undertaking of when you will pay back, sign it

That undertaking is not enforceable anywhere, so no fear at all

Once you are out

File a suit against the person you owe and the Police Officer for breach of your fundamental human right and illegal arrest with unlawful detention

In the suit, demand for damages of 50 Million Naira

Ignorance of the law is no excuse

So, police do not arrested people for civil matters unless it's criminal issue.

Police can arrest you for both civil and criminal offences.
They can arrest or invite you when you own someone and refused to pay. They can meditate in that issue to restore peace.

Know it that borrowing money and refusing to pay back is a criminal offense. So what nonsense are you talking about.

I think you're one of those that will go online and borrow money from online apps and refuse to pay believing that police has no right to arrest you on that.

I made you believe I'm going for a lunch and during my lunch I'm not supposed to go aggressive on anyone.
You then believe that I've gone for this fake lunch and decided that it is the right time to come out to your open compound to have meeting with your kindred.

While on this meeting, I and my gang strike and kill you and all your kindred cos you guys thought that we have gone home to take lunch.

This is just what that story your read was saying not that Israel and the US organized take dinner for the Iran Supreme leader.

I know that the poster appreciate his life and health but there is someone he feel missing from him that will complete and make that good health more beautiful.

He talked of getting to 50yrs without any assets.
That's a very worrying situation.

Haven't you seen a biological child abusing and insulting the parents?

I have also seen very responsible adopted children.

Most times, those bad behaviours are caused by parents or Foster parents.
They try to be "good, loving and caring" parents and fail to establish boundaries.
They allowed the children to have whatever they want at that tender age.
They fail to be firm and disciplined.
When they child grows up in such way, don't expect the child to automatically become disciplined, respectful, gentle and responsible.

Parents contribute to the bad behaviours as well as the society.
