1. no one can actually know the amount or quantity of products consumed in Abia State,

2. how many companies operating in Abia State but have their hqtrs in Lagos or elsewhere.

3. The financial status of such companies.

4. There's no directive or policy of the FG requesting such companies to relocate their hqtrs to the state of operations.
