We can't blame them at all. It is the situation of things in the country. They are the only ones that haven't increased their rates. The rest of us have increased our rates in our various businesses. Na only them haven't so it is understable

T2 can be managed with diet.
My late FIL had it for 15 years and laid off meds by his doc when he was in my house when I was still in Nigeria. It took me lots of research and resilience( he is somebody who controls, now small me was telling him what to eat)
He was with me for 4 months and gradually stopped taking his medication.
He died cos I got preggy and couldn't enter kitchen so he had to stay with his son and then the son had a fiance. The lady want to win over the man so she forgot to follow his nutritional plan and will make all those food he stopped taking. By the time I got myself and went to get him, it was too late. 3 days after he died. Checked the fridge and tears rolled down. The Dr rang me twice and told me to continue giving him what I am giving him.

If an old man T2 can be reversed, give yourself some months of strictness and you will see some results.
