Madness get levels. But before we shout, what was the date of this interview. Guess it was in the heydays of R-APC. Not a current one. Op. try to get certain things aright. Te cloth carries R-APC, a breakaway faction which has since joined PDP. |
This country is a joke among comity of nations. Every one step is trailed by 2 missteps. In fact, it the even at the top the mess starts flowing. Until there is a leader who is ready to give Nigeria a direction, let us continue in this mess of a country. |
In a very sad but truest voice, Boko Haram is a northern nigeria agenda. They can deceive the ones they can but those who know, they know. They have ears and a loud voice in all government settings. It is a pity that the blood of the innocents are being spilled everyday. |
May God perfect that which pertained to His own in Jesus name Amen. Above all the may God ratify the #Back2Daura2019 movement to save the many innocent lives. |
APC spokesman posts fake pictures to show party’s campaign rally By Timileyin Omilana 29 December 2018 | 8:15 pm Two images shared by Joe Igbokwe, the Lagos State All Progressives Congress publicity secretary, to show a massive turnout at the party’s campaign rally in Uyo are fake and deceptive. APC launched its 2019 presidential campaign at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, Akwa Ibom on Friday. Igbokwe, in a bid to show off the massive turnout at the campaign, uploaded some pictures showing massive crowd at a stadium on his Facebook wall on Friday with the caption “SOUTH SOUTH MAKES HISTORY. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS”. Having reverse-searched the images in the post, which had geared 406 shares as at report time, The Guardian can report that two images are not only phoney but have also being miscontextualised as one of the pictures does not relate to a political rally or even Nigeria. Our findings showed that the first image was taken on August 29, 2007, showing a Spanish La Liga club, Barcelona, stadium. The second picture shared by Igbokwe, the side cover of the stadium shared is rectangular while that of the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium is oval-shaped. Also, the tent in the middle is not the same with the ones in the pictures shared by the party on its social media pages and also ostensibly for security reasons there was no huge crowd at the back of the tent used for the podium whereas Igbokwe’s image showed massive crowd behind the podium. The Guardian also observed that the crowd present on the actual pitch of the Uyo stadium was not close to that shared by the spokesman. Moreover, the decor of the podium at Uyo Stadium is different from the one shared by Igbokwe. This is not the first time the spokespersons of the party will be posting images misrepresentative of facts. Earlier this month, Social media aide to Nigerian President, Lauretta Onochie, shared a fake image to attack claimed that Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the opposition People’s Democratic Party. In September, she had to apologise cheekily after she was confronted that an image she posted of the Nasarawa-Jos Road was a random image from the internet. https://guardian.ng/news/apc-spokesman-posts-fake-pictures-to-show-partys-campaign-rally/ |

Sorry, having waited for over 4years, I willed the card to my great grandson by year 3030 |
That signature can be signed even by the elementary impostors. There is no security anywhere there. Its damned too cheap. |
Where are you staying? That will be best treated with herbs. |
Op. Your description of Reno is completely uncalled for. As a citizen, he is entitled to his opinion. At least since he is not stepping his foot on Nigerian soil for now he can say it louder. Everybody in Nigeria at present is living in fear and so decide to keep quiet even when his testicle is crushed. |
How I wish this is Buhari talking but NO! It is a Buharideen |
It's not easy to transmit transmission police brutality and hijack to political victory for APC. Ride on there sir |
Please tell him to shootout 2019 presidential election result ASAP |
You can only twist and bend the rule but you can never never break it and go free. So this is another twist to it. Naija don suffer for una hand. To think that this is an argument put forward by a youth makes Yahaya Bello of Kogi's misrule a child's play mfm04622: |
Something is in the offing. They've given an indication. This is tip. May be New Year message may not be palatable. But can Kachikwu tell us what actually constitute the recent N145/litre price Nigerians are paying? The initial statement was the removal of subsidy and today the subsidy doubles what the PDP use to pay. Buhari will remain a reference point in Nigeria's history when lies, corruption, and dumb followers are taught. By and large, OBJ, Tinubu, even Atiku must pay for the sufferings they brought on Nigerians |
The Nigeria Prison Service (NPS) on Thursday said that it spends N818,550 daily to feed the 1,819 inmates across the six prisons in the state. Mr Patrick Dalyop, State Controller of Prisons, disclosed this on Thursday in Lafia, while addressing a summit on criminal justice reforms and human rights in Nasarawa State. Dalyop, represented by ACP Rabiu Ibrahim, decried the level of congestion in prisons across the state. He disclosed that the state’s six prisons had a carrying capacity of only 908 inmates, but currently housed 1,819 inmates. According to the controller, each inmate is fed with N450 daily. He identified inadequate health personnel as a major challenge facing the prisons, and called for government intervention in that direction. “None of the prison formations in the state can boast of a single doctor as we have to refer ailing inmates to hospitals for treatment,’’ he said. Dalyop stressed the need for stakeholders to increase free legal services as part of efforts to decongest the prison, saying that most inmates awaiting trial in the state could not afford legal services. He commended Governor Umaru Al-Makura’s recent intervention in securing the freedom of over 60 inmates by paying their fines. The controller appealed to magistrates and judges in the state to consider options such as fines, unconditional bail, community service, parole and suspended sentences as alternative to remand orders and imprisonment to decongest the prisons. He harped on the need for criminal justice reforms that would decriminalise certain offences that are not very serious, but often resulted in remand and imprisonment. “The state ministry of justice should consider proactive sentencing, guidelines for judges and magistrates. “The state government should also support the Legal Aid Council with logistics in order to assist indigent offenders languishing in the various prisons in the state,’’ Dalyop said. Mr Nor Chia-Shaku, Nasarawa State Coordinator, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), urged stakeholders to embrace alternative conflict resolution mechanism. Chia-Shaku said that alternative conflict resolution mechanism was an integral aspect of the criminal justice reform. Also, the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Suleiman Dikko, said the judiciary in the state had taken far-reaching measures towards speedy dispensation of justice aimed at decongesting the prisons. Dikko directed lower courts to reject cases beyond their jurisdiction as well as conduct regular prison visits to release inmates that were wrongly detained. NAN |
The coming days hold more. It has never been this bad. Equity311987: |
I hope people are not being deceived that Buhari is giving this allegations the same WAEC Certificate treatment. These are grievous allegations that a very simple act will make Kanu the most hated fellow on planet earth - a press conference where journalists both home and abroad will attend and report uncensored. Till then the doubts still rage and we may be forced to believe that Namdi Kanu is right. |
Thank God, God is not a man nor man a God. People of this nature are the reason why this country cannot grow. Everybody including Akpabio who vie for political office only has one PERSON to determine his/her fate and that is the ALMIGHTY GOD. But where men began to usurp God's place in their life, that marks the beginning of their fall. Mr. Zion, you will not die but live to share in the glorious days of Gov. Udom Gabriel Emmanuel between 2019 and 2023. May God forgive you. |
Just that we can't have justice here in nigeria |
Oshiomhole is still winning elections in some people's calculation. Whatever happens within the part is not a problem. Even the most foolish person would know and agree that all is not well in the APC family. |
Rather than begging (from a foreign land), they are critical posers for the President to handle. If he feels he wants to give the impostor saga the same treatment he meted on the Certificate saga, then, we wait for him also. Whatever the case, #Back2Daura2019 is achievable |
And that is where the problem of Nigeria started . . . our leaders loyalty is to the person in power and not to the nation. This again is the erroneous definition of loyalty we held in nigeria. |
Guess the 97% you mean? Truly the change is so significant that no physical eyes can see! Corrinthians: |
This CHANGE really was a scam! Agreed that Police, Army, Even Prisoners campaigned for GEJ but the promise was that Buhari and his agents will usher in a "NEW ORDER" for Nigeria and on that premise that they rode to power. Why then is it done even to the worst extent that the GEJ's? Why do we have to justify every of Buhari's misdeeds with 'flashbacks' when those actions/inactions were what Buhari really promised to CHANGE? And yet they are saying that Nigeria have 'progressed' and we should move to the next level? Is it the next level of doom? NO! We can't afford to reinforce such ineptitude. |
Even the current level you haven't survive and you are dreaming of the next one. Next level of Poverty Next level of Darkness Next of blood shed Next level of unemployment and job lost next level of everything evil I cannot come with you to such level. And you can get there with it ONLY IN DAURA. Peaceontome247: |
I didn't know that Gold has a red colour like blood! |
This country knows no peace, Not even in Death. For God's sake can they tell us what the PVC's requirement there is for? If it is for a means of Identification, why don't we use the NIN which is for that purpose? Even the saints in Nigeria sins more than the devil |
