Manchester City thank their stars daily for having Pep at their club because he offers so much more than just winning trophies. That's why has build way more charisma and influence more than Carlo Ancelloti ever can.

Guardiola's methods of coaching will be studied years and years to come but nobody will remember Ancelloti because he didn't manage to build a legacy of influence and never brought any thought-provoking ideas to football coaching world. He relied exclusively on the talents of his players.
