Only one DCU movie has hit 1bn, in the entire time the franchise has been on (or off), so they don't really hold a lot of trust among movie goers, because of how they have let them down before, but this new supes holds promise based on the sheer popularity of the character, and it been marketed as the one to herald, a supposedly good era for the franchise going forward.

But too many dynamics going into these things these days hence it is very difficult for me, to boldly predict, "so, so and so movie will make 1 bill".

Chief among these dynamic, is that, people really aren't just "excited" about movies like that anymore...compared to say, like 10 years ago.
