You probably understood it out of context. It is not necessarily paying her other people's salary, one of suites was for the judge to grant her attorneys the privilege to see the payment info of other stars on the show, so that they can properly negotiate a good severance from Disney on the original suite of wrongful dismissal from the show based on her political view.
