Some thing that the mcu are the masters of?

Antman

I find it interesting especially the case of reverse flash. Dude can just kill you for blocking his way.
Yea...reverse flash issa cool villian....but i dont want to see another race between him and flash

Yes his standalone would arrive first before the sequel.

@ bolded what shocked why?
Ok man...i know dwayne will kill that teth badass look..

Its an overused trope now and it has become quite a cliche plus the hero will now win with one kind of ex machina and its boring for me i swear..

Like that iron man vs iron monger
Superman vs zod
Hulk vs abomination etc

They are setting him up for the sequel.
Wait...i thought he was going to have his own standalone movie...

I hate it when both antagonist and protagonist in superhero movies have similar powers

Men, the vilifying of Zack Snyder in this thread is too much abeg.
I still believe that Justice League would have grossed over a Billion if Zack Snyder finished the directing. Moreover, Zack Snyder did not have the creative flair the current directors are enjoying.
Warner Bros were in a hurry to build a universe like Marvel, they forgot that the MCU took time to build. Zack Snyder is just the scape goat.
MOS grossed $668m,
BVS grossed $873.6m.
It's very much safe to say that his next movie in the DCEU would have grossed even higher if he was allowed to finish what he started. After all, both Batman and WonderWoman were praised for their performance in the movie, and it was BVS that set up WonderWoman which went on to be critically and commercially acclaimed.
You guys should quit with the Snyder attack, dude did his best, but Warner Bros fùcked it all up and then finally realized they should have listened in the first place when Justice League bombed.
I seem to still remember the #Snydercut movement back then and Warner Bros never released it because? It would prove they were wrong the whole time.
I liked some of the snyder cuts i watched...they were good cheesy

But seriously you make a good point

Doomsday was totally wasted, no debate about it
It can totally be debated that doomsday came in the movie he was meant to come in....the only catch was that the movie should not have happened when it did

Not totally wasted

I don't like this plan.

So the Justice League will be fighting the same parademons in three movies straight huh

I'm glad Zack Snyder was not allowed to implement this idea cuz it would turn out to be a mediocre injustice-like storyline dragged unnecessarily to span three movies.

This kind of plan would never work in an extended universe that would grow to over 20 movies.
This is best suited for a small movie arc where at the end of the day, they do a Flashpoint movie to reboot and start afresh.

Let's not forget that Zack Snyder wanted Dick Grayson to be the dead Robin killed by Joker... No Jason Todd, no Damian Wayne or Tim Drake.
And he planned for Batman to die in Justice League 2.

His Death of Superman storyline came too early and Doomsday was wasted.

He is not a good story teller.

The old DCEU is dead.

This is a new era.

DC films is in safe hands of Walter Hamada.
Because of him Aquaman grossed a billion and Shazam is shaping up to be a really good movie.

DC is finally building a good reputation with critics and movie goers.

I have moved on from Zack Snyder's DCEU.

I suggest you do the same.
I wont really say doomsday was wasted sha but on the basis of supermans death coming too early i agree

Ok. I just finish watching Capt Marvel.

I was scared going to the cinema to watch it with all the negative review I was seeing on here, only for me to actually watch the movie and I kept asking myself what’s wrong with the movie.

People keep saying the movie was a feminist movie but apart from the hero being a woman and having awesome powers, there’s nothing absolutely wrong with this movie.

This movie is a Capt Marvel origin story before they introduce her to us in End game and they did that perfectly. They showed us how she got her power, how Nick Fury got the idea of the avengers initiative, why Ronin came looking for the Testerat and they even showed us with the Post-credits that she got Fury pager and meet up with the Avengers.

The movie might not be 100% but for an origin story movie. The movie is dope. Money well spent for me.

If you haven’t seen the movie, please do.
Can you keep ur spoilers to urself please angry...nobody asked u what happened in the film..just say u enjoyed it and drop mic angry

i'm sure you are not blind to see where i said the comparison wont be fair because of the status of the characters at the start of each franchise
Soo you are indirectly saying dc has more established charachters than marvel right?

I need you to be clearer on this please

Thanos --- over 2 billion dollars, killed half of the universe. Still unbeaten grin grin

Joker --- 1.2 billion dollars, killed few people, was beaten by Batman. tongue

So joker overrated.
What does the money have to do with it?? Intelligent peopl3 can even argue that thanos wasnt a real villian in the movie he was only trying to create a balance in population which on the long run is ideal...plus even tho some good people died many bad people died also hence ridding the world of bad and evil creatures...not a true villian

But joker was all about chaos and he killed innocent people...very many innocent people including his own henchmen...thanos was crying when he killed gamora even when strange told him maw was dead he was sad...joker wont even sweat over harley quinn...plus he does what he does just for the fun of it no motive atall unlike thanos' "noble" reason...you cant even compare the two in who is the baddest boy in cinemas cos thanos doesnt even come close atall....batman was only able to stop him cos he is awesome and he is batman..he always finds a way even if you are darkseid or etrigan

Thanos the villian is overrated period

imagine Charles Dance voicing darkseid. That's the kind of voice we need. Elegance, poetic and sinister.

Pls no. N0t even Vin Diesel. It's not just the voice bro. It's elegance and style, royalty and viciousness. Diesel sounds like the average villain. Stall0ne doesn't have that c0nvincing viciousness that darkseid has or the elegance. Watch smallville finale.
How can you say stallone doesnt have convincing visciousnesshuhLet them just use the same guy that voiced him in the injustice 2 game or the guy from the animation justice league war undecided

Ledger's Joker wasn't just the best villain in any comic book movie,....

He's probably one of the best and most memorable in cinema history.
Yea just behind voldermort and darth vader

Good suggestion, although Stallone is old, his deep voice is great for the role.
Yea but they will have to get rid of the accent somehow before he is good to go.... his age doesnt matter atall cos its cgi and besides sly is still pretty agile...

But If he isnt available then vin deisel is the guy
