Have you had a look at your thermostat?

Take vehicle to a proper mechanic for mechanical evaluation

70 does not mean your car is overheating. Overheating starts from when the temp gauge reads 110 celcius and above.

Don't panic unnecessarily!

Your cars normal optimum temperature should be around 90 that's in the middle if I remember correctly we asked you to snap a pix of your temp Guage let us see.

but while driving without AC the Temperature is Normal And the Guage moving is just one bit?

That car got overheating issue before but the previous owner got the overheating suppressed by the removal of thermostat and fan running direct .So the car will still overheat again unless you make attempt to find the root cause of the overheating and resolve .Seem u already have a leak since u are already topping up the coolant to require level which can be the reason for the previous overheating condition .
