i am a medical laboratory scientist, a Virologist to be precised, hi to y'all

i'm naturally light skinned, but lately i cant really lay my hands on a good body lotion. Everything seems to have Hydroquinone, which is so dangerous to the skin. Recently, someone suggested i should use 55H+, but its got no sunscreen, outside my car or house, and a few minutes under the sun, i get red/dark.
Please what natural lotion can i use, i need something natural, like a plant based product, with no hydroquinone that won't darken my skin.
Please, any suggestions?

what's the cause of varicose veins, especially for someone who hasn't had kids yet, how can it be cured/stopped, please help, this is rather urgent.
