The old ones 'cos you cannot play the recent ones on this spec.

Probably from PES 2014/2015 and it's previous releases in the PES line.

It depends on your service provider. I don't experience any throttling but my monthly sub is expensive but worth it for me.
I think the price range for truly unlimited internet scares people away and the ones who offer cheap/affordable unlimited internet will throttle you.

Seems I've used 400GB plus this month alone, I don't download anything, Just streaming 4k/8k movies/videos.
You just have to make sure you get at least 20MBPS to really enjoy it.
