TimeManager: This is what we're talking about. The countries producing their own weapons no get two head. While there's greater commitment towards the resuscitation of Ajaokuta steel. And particularly commendable that the Government is creating more ease for one or two investors that are already constructing their steel-making factories in the country.
-Kiss the truth! Spot on baba, what is needed now is producing this on a large scale and that's where the steel factory comes into play. |

Houseofglam7: Hmmmmmmm interesting. You did type all of that for real. Lemme satisfy your curiosity and say it’s the wigs, makeup and all. I don’t know shit about interior design. Plus, being a catfish in 2025 would be diabolical I think; folks be out here struggling with their real lives 😄 and trying to balance that out with a pseudo persona gotta be an impossible feat. You don't have to know about interior but you still don't have to come out too straight up, blunt and funny in that way 😂 Moreover, I wasn't talking about 2025, the first time was like about 7yrs ago and I quickly found out you for real too. I would be in a better mood to talk to you later in the day if I see you around. |

Houseofglam7: Ohh 😯 I didn’t know that.
Googling my username is hilarious 😂😂🤣😂🤣😂 I was a little tipsy, had to go to bed a bit early. Yeah, I Googled it, I was like - is this similar to the popular House of Tara?. First, when I saw your username, I was like - oh, another house!. So, I thought probably a sponsored/commercial account. I Googled to see the kind of glam the house is made up of and then I saw wigs, hairs, makeups & all popping up on my face, Lol.. I said, "I should have known". Then just I was about to click on the back button, I saw a house of glam offering interior decor, the catalogue was quite fascinating. Since then, I had wanted to know which house exactly are you, the beauty or the Interior designing?. And I don't think it would bother me one bit if you're a catfish either, I got fascinated by your persona along the way. |

Jman06: Very senseless comment! Because your tribesman is the president you're now telling people to leave government alone A failed government that has impoverished millions of Nigeria!
I'm very sure that that figure of there is exaggerated and not a reflection of the reality.
What Taribo West is simply saying is that government should not allow those who have performed heroic tasks for the nation to die as nobodies! Doing that would deter others from being patriotic to the country!
Even if it means setting aside some funds from their salaries to be paid as pensions when they retire from active football. It is worthwhile But it was his tribeman who is President that helped Kanu heart foundation when he was Governor of Lagos state , meanwhile his own tribeman from Agulu refused to help him when he was Governor of Anambra. The question is , when he was playing for Nigeria, was it free?, no be dollar dem dey collect?. Yet they want the current set of players to die for the country with this sort of mindset

Are you aware that they were paid in dollars?. Are civil servants being paid in dollars?. So after all that, Govt must take over their responsibility after retirement?. Nollywood actors and local musicians will soon be asking Government for retirement benefits too. They may even ask Govt to take over the responsibility of their kids after retirement. Were Taribo and his colleagues owed their bonuses whenever they come home to play during their active years?. If only you knew how powerful these players were during their playing days. That's why I really love what the President is doing, make sure their bonuses and rewards are given to them now, let them do whatever they want with it, so that when they retire, they won't have any entitlement mentality. |

Politics › Re: South East Nigeria: From Starved Of Energy To Emerging Gas Powerhouse by Putindbutt(m): 5:33pm On Aug 24, 2025 |
OfoIgbo: You are still proving my case.
Lagos has a reason for not producing any gas, the same way the southeast has a reason for not producing most gas.
Bottom line is that gas production is entirely different from gas reserves I'm not proving your anything, na you get low understanding. The private owner of Lagos bloc encounters mechanical issues which slow down production. Can you tell me any oil bloc in the SE that is not currently producing?. Is it Oliserv, SEPLAT or who? Solsix: U no really go school. But I will help you. Reserves are not exploited, it's like savings. U never hear of strategic gas reserves? Keep quiet my friend, reserves is the same as deposit. Oil and gas we currently use all are being exploited from the deposits/ reserves. If you talking about untapped reserves/deposits, that's a different issue. |
Politics › Re: South East Nigeria: From Starved Of Energy To Emerging Gas Powerhouse by Putindbutt(m): 1:45pm On Aug 24, 2025 |
OfoIgbo: I have already given you a perfect example using Lagos.
There is always a reason why gas production may not match gas reserves. Lagos is a case in point. Agbado jealousy for SE potentials is another case in point that explains the little gas production you see in the Southeast.
Just help Igbos thank God that the vast majority of gas reserves in Nigeria are in Igboland. And I have already told you, Lagos is not producing yet, when it begins, its reserves will determine the output. You can't claim to have largest deposits and be producing the smallest 🤣🤣, who dash una the largest?🤡, NUPRC data don tear una scatter.

Politics › Re: South East Nigeria: From Starved Of Energy To Emerging Gas Powerhouse by Putindbutt(m): 12:30pm On Aug 24, 2025 |
OfoIgbo: Lagos has a few fart-fulls of gas reserve, but from that your list, Lagos was producing nothing.
What that means is that gas production is still different from gas reserves.
The Agbado controllers of the Nigerian economy over the past 10 years have made every attempt to minimise the SE potentials, which is why less attention is being paid to ensuring more gas production takes place in the Southeast at the moment.
But God has already made the SE the major cornerstone of Nigerian gas sector, whether Agbado likes it or not.
Even if Tinubu wants, let him only authorise the production of one cup of gas from the Southeast. The Southeast will still have the largest gas reserves.
When Peter Obi gets in, he will unlock the Southeast economy, much to the chagrin of Agbadites. I have advised you people earlier to not stress yourself. Forget Lagos for now because there's a mechanical faults delaying the oil production and that's why Lagos is not yet receiving 13% derivation. Back to your ignorance, it is your limited understanding that's making you trying to separate production from reserves (deposits). It is from the deposits that production comes. It's common sense that if you have much, you produce much and if you have less, you produce little or less. You can never have a full production and be producing little from a large deposits. Check all the largest producing nation, the more they have, the more they produce. You can't claim to have the " largest" and be producing a lighter of gas with full production of the oil wells 🤣. So far, I have not heard of any abandoned or moribund oil bloc in the SE unlike in other regions. You can only give what you have and that's what you can give from the deposits you have UNLESS more oil blocs are discovered in the SE which can increase production capacity in the future. But as at today, the region have the lowest production based on the deposits. If care is not taken, Kogi and Kolmani ( Bauchi & Gombe) may overtake you in oil and gas. |

ariesbull: For decades, the South East of Nigeria was known as a region rich in entrepreneurial spirit but chronically starved of energy infrastructure. Its bustling markets, nimble manufacturers, and industrial clusters in Aba, Nnewi, and Onitsha thrived against the odds—often relying on noisy diesel generators to keep factories humming. Yet beneath the soils of Imo, Abia, and Anambra lay vast reserves of natural gas, an untapped resource waiting to fuel a new chapter of growth. OfoIgbo: Agbado machination to sideline the Southeast is totally undermined by the fact that God placed the largest gas reserves in the SE.
When you add the SE and SS Igbo gas reserves, it becomes overwhelming. More than 90% of Nigeria's gas reserves.
We thank God for breaking the plans of Agbado to keep Igbos down. PresidObi: I am encouraged by what that region is turning into. God bless their leaders and people,
God bless Nigeria. Save yourselves the stress, needless and empty chestbeating.. SE region is the lowest producer of both oil and gas in Nigeria. Same way una dey brag ontop beer parlour gist of SE being the highest billionaires yet till today, no single SEners on Forbes list of richest men.
